We have been using Orangecrest Landscaping and Maintenance for a year or two now. They are reliable and do a decent job. I am able to text Brendan and he is responsive and addresses the requested maintenance areas. I wish there was a bit more initiative when it came to weed pulling. I have had to ask a couple times to remind them to make sure to pull weeds in the planters by our pool or straighten a tree that has been pushed over due to wind. That is what I am expecting when it comes to maintenance - keep our yard looking nice. I will reach out to them about re-doing our sprinkler system eventually (we installed it - we need their help to fix it lol)... But overall they do a great job! read more

I DO NOT TRUST THIS OWNER/BUSINESS. If I could rate this person (Brendon)/firm (Orangecrest Landscaping & Maintenance) a zero, I would. Based on the recommendation of a trusted friend, I recently contacted Brendon for an artificial turf replacement job at my home. He sent a person named Ruben to provide me with an estimate. I understood that Ruben works for Brendon. In every communication, when Brendon made any comments about Ruben, it was in the context of them working together (e.g., a text in which Brendon confirmed that Ruben had provided me with "our best price"). Ruben completed the job and it looks bad. There are multiple seams visible and it looks as though he did the job using a patchwork of odds-and-ends instead of rolls. My original artifical turf in the same area looked great after installation, with no seams obvious/visible. I initially worked with Ruben to address this, but decided that I needed to communicate directly with Brendon, because this was his job. Brendon informed me that Ruben does not work for him; that he (Brendon) was too busy to handle my job, and so handed it off to Ruben; and that therefore this is all between Ruben and me. I was shocked (and I still am) at his cavalier attitude about a job I paids thousands of dollars for. I went with Brendon on this job without bothering to gather quotes because my friend assured me that I could trust Brendon and his work. My friend is also shocked by how this has been handled. If Brendon had just been open and honest with me about being too busy, and about Ruben not being his employee, then I would have gathered quotes and checked references on other turf installers. I am continuing to work with Ruben to try and get my yard right. But I will never again do any business with Brandon or his business(es). I do not trust him to be open and honest. read more

I would like to share with you the reasons why my Husband and I decided to terminate our recent service. I hope that by doing so, it will help you grow as a business owner and encourage you to take the time to train your employees to better serve your customers. We are extremely disappointed in the poor quality service we have received over the last several months. The fact that we paid you $80 a month for full service, yet we never received full service maintenance is very upsetting. I have came out multiple times and have asked your employees to trim dead leaves and branches, where it clearly is noticeable and obvious that these plants need to be maintained. I have asked you specifically to have your employees cut my grass shorter but that was never done. I have also asked you to please have them trim certain bushes and that was also never done. What is even more disappointing is the fact that I shouldn't have to even bring these things to your attention. Your employees spend maybe 15 minutes here each week, which is definitely not enough time for them to provide me the full service that I pay for and certainly deserve. I have spent several hours myself outside trimming and pruning all of the plants that I have been paying you to do. SO not fair.... Our last service date was exactly one week ago, and my Husband and I spent almost three hours in our front yard alone this morning, trimming and pruning all of what your guys should have been doing all along. This has me extremely upset. Since you never asked why we wanted to cancel, and it took me days to even get a response from you, here are your reasons why. I truly hope that this feedback will be used to improve on your quality of service that you provide to your current and future clientele. As a fellow neighbor, I thought it was important to share this with you. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. My Husband and I went out last week and bought our own lawn equipment so we can do our own yard. I expressed to you the day I hired you how disappointed I was in all of the other companies I have used in the past, and I hoped that your company would be different, but unfortunately it turned out to be the same. I have never used their service before but as a small Business owner myself who runs several vehicle's that represent my company, I would advise against driving irresponsible and reckless. Your company truck shot across lanes while speeding then proceeded to cut me off. I had to slam on my breaks and the trailer being pulled by this vehicle missed my front bumper by inches. I had precious cargo in the car a baby and 2 toddlers. My advice to you would be to advise your employees that the way they behave outside while representing your company could have negative effects on your Business. read more

Horrible service. They are horrible for lawn service!! That was the last "mow and go" outfit I canned for not doing what the owner @Branden Everet promised. His "crew" consisted of dude with an attitude, his worthless pregnant wife and a lazy worker. Heavily pregnant woman asking for water, sodas and my bathroom then sat in the truck for the 20 minutes they were here doing a .half-assed job for 80 bucks. Sadly, Brendon Everet, the owner, after several complaints did nothing to rectify, just excuses, said he (I) had to pay pregnant chick to do nohing as she was the wife of rude dude. read more

Branden and his crew were on time everyday, completed on time and did a great job. Im so happy with his work. I had the front and back yard completely relandscaped. We contracted Orangecrest Landscaping to convert 75% of our large front corner lot to waterwise landscaping. We were very pleased with the entire process, took 2.5 weeks. Brenden gave a thorough estimate and provided some simple design sketches. We gave him a very detailed plan of what we wanted and he had no trouble meeting all of our wishes. The crew is very nice and respectful. They were very clean; every evening they cleared away all their equipment/tools neatly and blew off the sidewalks and driveway to get rid of any dust.They pressure washed the driveway when they were done to remove any tire marks. Brenden is very knowledgeable and provided landscape/specific plant care expertise on the spot multiple times when I asked. He has continually been by observing how the plants are doing and making adjustments as needed. From start to finish top quality, thorough and clean work. Highly recommend. read more
