The day they were supposed to come back, no one showed up. For an entire week, I called and texted multiple times asking when they would return, but received no response. Ironically, the only time I finally heard back was after I sent a message saying I would be leaving a Yelp review. Suddenly, the owner sent someone out that same day to finish the stump grinding. When the work was completed, my husband asked the worker what payment was due. He didn't give us an answer. Prior to that, the owner had mentioned giving us some type of discount because of the inconvenience, but he never confirmed the final amount owed or when payment was expected. Nothing was put in writing. The following week, the original worker unexpectedly showed up with another employee, saying they were there to finish the job. I explained that the work had already been completed by someone else the owner had sent. At that point, they told us we still owed money. My question is: Why wasn't the final balance communicated when the work was completed? Why wasn't anything provided in writing? We specifically asked about payment and were given no information. Instead of communicating clearly, they came back later expecting payment without ever having discussed the final amount or due date. The lack of communication, missed appointments, and overall disorganization made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company based on how our job was handled
