What is very nice about this shopping center is that the parking lot has multiple points of entry on North Tustin Avenue as well as the easy to navigate in as well as out driveway on East Collins. Super close by. If you have a hard time exiting back out onto Tustin Ave because of the time of day and traffic (you know how it can get!), then just select to turn left from the East Collins side exit, and bop up to the traffic light. You can easily turn left or right onto Tustin Aven from there. Easy peasy.

After Sears closed, they tore it down and are now building a nice outdoor retail/dining area with some decent restaurants. I'm not sure why apartments taking over a mall parking lot are such a big deal, and not sure I would want to live that close to a major mall, but I assume they make money. The one they do is take up parking. Which is my only complaint. Parking here can be a pain. Whatever you do, never park in the parking garage next to Nordstrom's when it's busy. The cars backed up on the street can be insane, and the guys with the flags to control traffic seem to be there only to help pedestrians cross the road. The last time I tried to park there, we ended up on the very top, which was also full, and only got a spot because someone left. Parking behind the men's/houseware Macy's store used to be great, but then they locked those doors. During the holiday, parking is already bad enough, but with this expanded area, it's only going to get worse. Inside the mall, I do love the mix of stores. The food court has just enough variety to make most people happy. It's also a great mall for walking, especially if you end up parking far enough away from an entrance to earn some extra steps.

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of an unfortunate experience at the Starbucks inside the mall. One of the employees was rude and dismissive toward someone using a wheelchair, which was disappointing to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and I hope management addresses the importance of providing courteous and inclusive customer service. Aside from that experience, the rest of the mall was enjoyable, and the other employees I encountered were friendly. I'd still return to shop, but I hope the customer service at Starbucks improves.

Campus Shopping Center is located on the corner of State College and Chapman Ave. it is easy to…read morelocate and access. Parking is adequate, but I wouldn't go so far as saying it is plentiful. In the Chapman side it is anchored by CVS and on the State College side by Miss Donuts & Bagels. There is a variety of shops varying from services to an international market, but the majority are food places. I have noticed many of the patrons are college students, probably because Cal State Fullerton is up the street and this center in walking distance from it.

I love downtown Brea!…read more I just love the area in general. Downtown is pretty nice. There's lots to do in this area. I also appreciate the free parking in the parking structure. Sweet! No one likes to pay for parking lol I enjoy the variety offered at downtown Brea. You are bound to find something to please the crowd. There are cheap spots and more expensive places too. The ones that offer the convenience of drive-thru are Del Taco, Jack in the Box, and Der Weinerschnitzel. Other restaurants include Wing Stop, Subway, a sushi place, and a deli. Service oriented shops include a day care, a hair salon, a barber shop, and a dry cleaner. Overall, it's a clean & safe shopping center where you can get a lot of your errands done in one area.

The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. I was vulnerable, so I had to be crafty: without making eye contact with him, I immediately drove outta the parking lot to run other errands to buy time for that man to vacate the area before I returned to retrieve my sandwich. Wish there was a security guard on patrol. I like the businesses in that plaza though, including Jersey Mike's and California Fish Grill.
