My favorite OTF studio! Everyone is so welcoming, which makes me look forward to attending classes.

I guess they are just too just too complete without new members. I'm assuming it is because of the higher cost. I was told, I believe, $179 a month to go 3x a week) While trying to register for their 'trial class' on line, (I was in Miami) the form kept changing the location to Lakeland. I had to call to manually move the class because there is no option to do this, or cancel on line. The only instructions I was given was to fill out a form on-line (done) bring a towel and to arrive 15-30 minutes early. Since the map showed that they did not open until 7:30. I arrived at 7:15 and was turned away....no discussion ... no attempt to reschedule... just "have a nice day" Very politely as if they have done this before. read more

This is a great example of what an orange theory is. A great work out with a friendly staff and an excellent trainer. We were visiting this gym, and came in not long before the workout started. The staff was really helpful in getting us checked in, and the paperwork filled out before the workout started. Into the gym, the workout is what you would expect from an orange theory work out. A great trainer, an excellent 60 minute workout. I highly recommend checking this gym out. read more

This OTF location is the first one that I ever went to back in 2016 and it's still going strong today. I highly recommend it. The front desk staff have changed throughout the years but they are always friendly and go the extra mile for members and have a friendly and warm demeanor. That's especially nice on those days where you really do not feel like working out but you get your a** in there anyway. For the coaches, my favorites are Garrett, Justin and Nick. The classes rarely fill up unless in peak tourist season too which is really nice for the flexibility. read more

New treads and new trainers! This studio got the updated treads back in October! Also, we have four awesome trainers - Zach, Craig, Misbah, and Marianne. I'd highly recommend trying OTF (especially this studio). The staff is the best, and studio is bigger than other studios I've been too. Need a modification? Ask the trainer! Whether you have an injury or any limitation - ask the trainer and they'll give you a modification. I'd recommend the unlimited membership since it's addicting! read more

I am from out of town and book on the app for a 10am class. Instructor was great, studio and equipment was great. The front desk staff did not provide a desired experience. Desk person #1 did call me home studio to get my pod number to enter into their studio. My pod was never loaded for the class and after walking out to check with desk person #2, I advised her desk person #1 wrote it down. She said she was going to enter it 8 min into class. I finished the floor block and it was still not added. I saw desk person#2 walk to the back with clothes, I think to change l acing the desk unattended when I was on the treadmill. She never came into the studio if there was an issue, the lack of communication was off putting. read more

I'm a member of OTF in NY but while on vacation in Fort Myers, I decided to pop in for a workout. The location is clean and the layout of the benches is nice. Lockers for small personal belongings are available and no need to bring a lock, bc everyone just drops their stuff in and it's fine. I forgot to bring my HRM so I rented one for $5 and got to working out. During my visit, there was construction happening on the second floor/roof of this location, and the A/C was off and there was a wicked smell of rubber or some sort of chemical. Nonetheless, I worked out for the hour and all was alright. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the workout was intense. Convenient location if you're around Ft Myers Beach. read more

I've been a member at OT for over a year. The workouts are fantastic and the coaches really want you to succeed in your fitness goals. They are extremely helpful with correcting form and pushing you to be the best you can be. It's expensive but definitely worth it. I could never push myself in a regular gym the way I do here. I have been a long standing member of OrangeTheory's Gladiolus location in Fort Myers-nearly 3 years. Until recently I've been very happy with the experience. The workout program is exceptional. Unfortunately, the management is less than stellar. Recently, two of the scheduled classes (4:15pm on both Tuesday and Thursday) have been eliminated. I regularly attended these classes. Last year, the 3:15 classes were eliminated as well. Convenience is very important to an exercise program. The studio manager has not been able to do anything about it and blames "corporate" as "corporate" says we have to cancel them because of lack of participation. I've repeatedly requested to speak with the franchise owner or the regional manager, but no one seems to care. I pay the same amount every month for unlimited access but it seems as though this studio can randomly eliminate classes (AKA cut services) from the schedule but my rate doesn't change. I've spoken with several members who are as frustrated as I. I'm in a catch 22 situation. I really love the workout and the trainers, but feel the need to make a change to a exercise program that is more responsive to member needs. The last "solution" from the studio manager was to go to a different studio, none of which are convenient for me. Sure would be nice to speak with someone who can do something. Eliminating classes is not the answer. read more

BEWARE: I was a member of this studio for about a year and really enjoyed the classes. The trainers are great... Everything was just fabulous... until we moved and requested to freeze our accounts and discovered and the owners of this business are the greediest, most unethical thieves that have ever ran a business. They do not follow their own policies, so if you join this gym, be aware that when it comes down to it, dont expect the owners to follow their own rules. They will over charge you and be unavailable for discussion. Really disappointing, i thought this gym was different :( read more

I'm a member of OTF in Chicago. I decided to keep up with my work outs going while on vacation in Cape Coral. This gym is convenient(less than 20 minutes) for those staying out that way. It is always fun to go to other OTF locations because even though it's the same concept and work outs, every trainer is different. I must say I really enjoyed working out at this OTF and would recommend it to anyone looking to try out OTF or is a member in the area. I was only able to take classes from Craig and Zach while I was here but both are phenomenal and I would definitely recommend jumping in one of their classes if you can! read more

I love this gym! It is the the most fun, addictive gym I've ever been to. You have the feel of a personal trainer in a group setting. I have numerous friends and clients that attend as well. Everyone loves it as much as I do. The staff is extremely friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I've never been in better shape in my life. read more

i really love the classes and the way they structure their workouts. Unfortunately I will never be back or recommend it to anyone in the future due to the management . Alexis (one of the managers) called me a fatass in front of other members and staff and nothing was done about it. I came here to better myself and improve my self confidence and left in tears. i overheard her criticize other members on many occassions and let it go because i loved the work outs. But i cant give money to a company to allows their staff to treat members in this manner and turn the other cheek. if she is fired, i will gladly return . but until so, i will reach out to news media and other outlets. shame on you Alexis Arnone. your job is to motivate and inspire, not break peoples spirits. read more

I have been taking classes here for a few weeks now and I love it! I have taken OTF classes all over there country yet this is by far my favorite location. The owner, Barbara, runs a great studio. Both the front desk staff and trainers are extremely helpful and friendly. The classes are excellent! They are challenging and always different. I also love the great music they play during each class. I have never looked forward to working out as much as I do now that I am attending classes at this studio. read more

Adore the trainers & know that they are looking out for me. The trainers & classes are terrific, they change up the workouts to incorporate ALL muscle groups. I've been an active member since they opened their doors & STILL love going. My only wee complaint is that I'd wish for a more varied class schedule. But that is on me ! read more
