My Botox provider, Louise, is always on-time, she has a great personality and she clearly knows what she's doing. She has listened to my requests over the years, respecting my goals with my Botox treatments-keeping them as minimal as possible while still making an impact. She NEVER pushes increasing units and she never attempts to upsell the products in the lobby. I would recommend Louise without hesitation, especially if you are considering Botox for the first time. She will put you at ease, really listen to your requests/concerns, and she'll patiently walk you through your experience. The front desk staff will welcome you upon entering, they are kind, easy to talk to and make scheduling appointments a breeze. As a mom with two school-age boys, our family is always working through some form of cold, etc and I have never had any problem when calling to reschedule. Not only is she the FRIENDLIEST gal in the business, she explains everything very well from the start and works with you if you're on a budget. LOVE THIS PLACE! My whole experience with SkinSpirit Redmond has been absolutely amazing. I was able to make an appointment through their app, which was super simple and easy to use. I had to make a last minute change, and the front desk staff was very understanding and gave me some wonderful pre-treatment tips. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest front desk staff I have ever encountered. The women who greet you and answer the phones are SO wonderful and it felt like I had known them for ages. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Louise Park did my lip filler and the experience exceeded my expectations (and I've gotten filler in the past!). She was super honest with me about what she felt would work best with my current lips and face shape and helped me create a plan to achieve my perfect look. I let her know that I don't always do so hot with needles and she was very accommodating- providing me with juice boxes, reminding me to breathe, and telling me what was happening every step of the way. The entire process was about 20 minutes (including 10 minutes of numb time) and was relatively painless. There was some discomfort, but I had less discomfort with Louise than I have with any work in the past. I will DEFINITELY be scheduling all future appointments with her! I had my appointment last week and am loving the way my lips look. They are much more even and full and the results just solidify my trust in Louise as an injector. My experience at this location was so wonderful and I am excited to look further into the treatments they offer. Can't recommend it enough! read more

I scheduled an appointment online for after work, and later got a text that it was unavailable and that they had to move it to 3 PM, even though I have work like most people. I finally agreed to go in at 3:30 and then get a message that morning saying the provider is out sick (mind you this is just a quick facial consult, literally anyone could have done it). So they rescheduled me for a week later, on top of moving my apt around multiple times again and having system errors. I get a text an hour before my appointment saying that the provider is out again and to reschedule. Are you kidding me? Will be taking my money elsewhere and advise you do the same. read more

I've chosen to share my before and after photograph's because I was such a skeptic, and now I'm a believer. From the front desk staff to the time I spent with Dr. Anne Mare Fombu, I felt seen and well cared for. I was so comfortable, and exhausted as well, that I slept through most of the procedure. Yet every time she was going to inject more of the filler or Botox, she woke me up to let me know what she was doing. I had a promo coupon for a complimentary facial here (lucky me!) and so, today, I ventured here, to this small but cute and (and super clean) salon. I was fortunately assigned Amanda as my aesthetician. Man, she knows her stuff! First I was ushered into a treatment room where, thank god, they had a heated, comfortable (i.e., padded) treatment "bed", and puffy, warm bed linens. Already I was in heaven! Wrapped in a plush terry cover, I zoned out while Amanda worked her magic: microdermabrasion, lotions, potions, steam, hot towels, facial and arm massages.....seriously, the best facial ever. It lasted an hour and Amanda only spoke when I asked questions. The product lines here are top-notch (gentle formulations, non-irritating, lovely fragrances), and Amanda explained to me the reasons why the dermabrasion machine (or, as I call it, the suctioning vacuum!) was top of the line. I gather they do hair removal and Botox and Latisse here, also. Looking at the menu of services and their various price points, I find the prices for services here high; that said, I consider this salon to be more then a run-of-the-mill "facial mill" (you know the kind: like the cheap nail salons on every corner, there are also facial salons all over that offer inexpensive facials and other spa services). Unlike these commonplace facial mills, this place is more of a medically-based skincare salon. The company has sites in both Washington and California and both teams are led by medical physicians and have staffs that include nurses and ARNPs. I wouldn't worry about not getting excellent skincare treatment here at all; aestheticians are incredibly trained. I loved my facial here! And I really appreciated how there was no pressure at all to purchase products (the topic wasn't even broached) or to book future sessions (I was asked at check-out and simply said I'd have to see when I could return). I would not hesitate to return; I just would have to budget for it. But if I had any skin issues that I felt needed regular attention, this would definitely be the place to come to. read more

I've moved this review from the former clinic name, Calidora, as much of the staff is the same and if anything, the clinic is even better under the new ownership. --- I can't recommend the Redmond Calidora enough. The entire staff is top-notch - they remember you by name and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They are all very well educated on the entire array of services and products and recommend cost-effective and appropriate treatments to address your concerns. The products they suggest are top quality and I never feel uncomfortable if I prefer not to purchase them (though I have tried several and been pleased with the results). I originally came in for a Groupon deal, but I was so impressed by the staff that I couldn't help but continue coming in for additional services. I see both Kevin and Tina. Kevin is amazing - he makes you feel at ease immediately. He's incredibly talented, honest about what he thinks you need without overselling a bunch of services you don't. He goes out of his way to squeeze you in or make a little extra time when your appointment goes unplanned. Tina is an absolute sweetheart. She has so much passion for her craft. I get regular monthly facials from Tina and I can honestly say it's one the highlights of my month. Her facials are the only facials I've had where I can see real results. She meticulously performs extractions until she's completely satisfied and not a bump or blemish remains on your face. Her gentle but firm approach to skincare has made dramatic improvements to my texture, evenness, and breakouts. I could write a book on all of my fabulous experiences at Redmond Calidora. Hats off to the store manager, Blanca, for leading a team of so clearly happy and genuine people. To sum it up - this clinic is pretty much the best out there.
