    The x-ray tech/owner was abrupt and rude. No one deserves to be spoken to the way he speaks to his clients.

    I had the same experience. The xray tech was nice, but the front desk lady was cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming.

Annie stayed with me the entire time, kept talking to me, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Her calm presence truly made all the difference. Brandon was the nurse who checked me in and also helped me, and he was just as kind, reassuring, and supportive. Because of their compassion and patience, I was able to get through the MRI. They both went above and beyond, and I will never forget the care they showed me.

    Did all my pre-registration and work up a week before my scheduled 3T MRI for prostate AND WAS…read morescheduled for Monday, August 5 everything was good. The Friday before I start getting phone calls at almost 4 o'clock asking for PSA report and report from the doctor. This should've all been sent over in the doctor's orders and referral. Needless to say it's a little late to start trying to get those kind of documents at 4 o'clock on a Friday when Kaiser Records closes at five.. these records were not even needed for M 3T MRI of the prostate. Long story short I was prepared for Monday they canceled my MRI.. back to square zero Immediately went to Providence in partnership with Zolut Shin imaging center Tuesday and received my 3T MRI OF THE PROSTATE IN IRVINE WITH ZERO DRAMA AND RECORDS NEEDS AT THE LAST MOMENT. I don't know who dropped the ball on my referral MRI APPT but everything was completed and good to go, that was horrible customer service to drop a patient right before his scheduled MRI I gave you the PSA levels from Kaiser the report from the doctor was not needed. It went smooth at Providence without any of that unneeded BS requested paperwork I definitely would like a supervisor or one of the Doctors/owners to review this procedure and find out who dropped the ball that had my information for over a week and then canceling my appointment at the 24th hour because you realize they are missing paperwork that wasn't really needed PSA levels sent over etc

    I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience trying to schedule an ultrasound. The…read morevery first question I asked was whether the Redlands location offered the specific ultrasound test I needed. I spoke with Ralfjohn Dario, who assured me from the beginning that the Redlands location did offer it. Based on that assurance, I spent over 40 minutes on the phone, sent in my doctor's order, and sat through repeated holds while he supposedly worked on scheduling the appointment. After all of that, he finally told me I would actually have to go to La Jolla for the test. This was a complete waste of my time and could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided at the start. Patients should not have to spend nearly an hour on the phone, submit medical orders, and be repeatedly placed on hold only to be told the opposite of what they were assured at the beginning of the call. This experience showed a serious lack of competence, communication, and respect for patients' time. I would not recommend relying on this office for accurate scheduling information.
