He very quickly sent me a quote for $975, which was much less than what the original awning company was quoting me ($1650). He came on the specified day to collect the old canvas and came back to install the new one exactly one week later. Great work! Because of some miscommunication, he also decided to let me pay only once the awning was replaced, versus the standard pay 50% at signing and 50% in the end. This place felt right from day one, I remember crying of the joy and how I fell in love with the views and the Chatt River. Looking for a mobile notary around an area I'm not familiar with, it went much smoother than i thought. Went to Opelika's Discussion page on Facebook, and also Googled in search for one. immediately I had a response from several group members about Rhonda. I also saw her as an option on Yelp but decided to reach out to a few (just in case). On such short notice, Rhonda was very fast at replying with smooth communication. She has great knowledge of her job and even walked me through how it was going to be executed. She asked me great questions and provided detailed information. She was early, prepared and with an awesome attitude. Despite encountering a brief 1-hour downpour due to Hurricane Francine, we remained resolute in our decision to hold the ceremony outdoors, and our perseverance was rewarded with a memorable experience.
