VAN is a scuba diving treasure! He knows more about diving than virtually anyone in the interior of Washington State. If you are looking for someone more knowledgeable or who knows their stuff more than him, you'll grow tired looking. Went in this evening to get some equipment serviced and schedule our daughter for lessons. I found Van, the owner, to be very knowledgeable, and interesting. If you go in with a crap attitude, or looking for fancy, then you'll be disappointed. If you go in for service, knowledge, and experience, you'll be rewarded! read more

Van does not care about the customer, just getting your money. His motto is "see Van bring money". He is not patient with customers and he has absolutely terrible business practices when it comes to keeping track of what you have paid for and manners. Shop online for gear since you will get a much better deal and if you need help with choosing something, join a local dive club online to ask your questions because Van will overcharge you big time and he usually has to order you gear anyway. He also violates teaching standards and does not care about student safety (he's even had someone die on him). I got my open water diver course certification from this place. Van, the owner, was ok but sometimes rude. Didn't seem too organized either.
