Bob and his son quickly assessed that our issue is not with the pump itself but rather the electrical connection. They problem solved this tirelessly and were able to remove a box from one outside plug and reinstalled this allowing the pump to work. Although not a permanent solution, this certainly has bought us time and is considerably cheaper than getting a new pump. They worked on site for approximately an hour. The charge? Nothing. Bob said it was not about money but helping people out. What an extraordinary, encouraging and heartwarming experience. We are very grateful for both their service and the imparted message.

He had simply moved the blockage six feet down the drain line and left it blocked. He very rudely refused to finish the job. Brothers Plumbing quickly found the blockage, cleared it to the drain stack, and tested that full kitchen sink and full washer drain freely. Brothers did a thorough job and charged less.
