More than 5,000 people were ripped off by GotW3, and South Hill continues to sell their service. GotW3 sold the service, stopped delivering, explained it would be fixed, strung their customers along saying if we got tired of waiting, they would do a full refund any time. When we did cancel, they refused any refund. We are starting a class action suit against gotW3 and will post the link here if you were ripped off too.

When I asked Travis (owner) to help, I was told that I am on my own and to call Centurylink. So the business view, is to take the commission earned from the sale, but not to support the customer. Buyer beware!! It appears that I will be forced to go back to Xfinity. I would never have switched if it wasn't for the internet cost reduction.
