I got to try their lasagna, which came with a meatball, bread, and wedding soup. I quite enjoyed this meal. Prices were OK and the portion was satisfying. The lasagna had quite a lot of ricotta and it was reasonably flavorful, but I would have liked a bit more of a flavor from the sauce. The meatball was quite large. Not too flavorful and a bit of a tough texture (almost sausage like), but still good. Bread was very basic but free so can't complain. The wedding soup was quite good. Small cup but flavorful broth and quite a good amount of cheese (I think?) in there. All in all, I enjoyed my meal here. Good little Italian spot in East McKeesport and probably one of the better restaurants in this area.

Arsenal is conveniently located about 3 minutes off I-79 at Soergels Orchard. Today we bought a pumpkin cider and two sorbets. I believe the sorbet is a seasonal product and it is definitely worth trying out. It was extremely smooth and flavorful, and it was actually better then I thought it was going to be. As for the Apple Pumpkin flavor cider, I can not wait to try it later. I do not have any doubts that I won't love it. This is also a seasonal flavor. I love how they are continuously making new flavors and every time I arrive there is one I have yet to hear of. Their Archibald cider is my favorite and it is always available as far as I know. The bottles the cider is poured into are glass and you can bring them back every time you go back for more! When you do that, you do not have to pay the price of the bottle. If you are ever in the area, I suggest stopping in!

They do serve food here but I did not partake or even look at the menu. The bar is clean, has a decent amount of room to move, a few TV's and does not smell like smoke or stale beer. That's always good. There are a few pool tables and an area for a band; there are also tables to sit at and eat. I don't get to this part of town often; when I do, I usually am rushing and have no time to take a break for a cocktail however; Ill keep this place in mind and maybe try food next time when I am in town.
