I reached out for assistance and was directed to the security team by help desk. The help desk was very rude and disrespectful. They requested my credit card information and phone number, assured me that someone would follow up, and then completely failed to contact me afterward. A customer dealing with thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges should not be ignored after providing requested information in good faith. At minimum, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received no update, no explanation, and no follow-through. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store's customer service and security response. I hope management reviews how fraud-related customer concerns are handled, because leaving customers without any response after asking for sensitive information is unacceptable.

I have been a customer here since the beginning trying to support this local outdoor mall. I am still on their side and continue to be their customer, even during this semi-tough time. I feel like they aspired to be a Partridge Creek, which is a more aesthetic version of this space with more businesses. I do not think they will ever get there but I currently go to the following businesses, Black Rock, Ford's Garage, the Hub, BATL, Buffalo Wild Wings, Emagine, Bar Louie, Cold Stone, Family of Pets, Kung Fu Tea, and Beer Head. We also go to Chuckies, the bouncing place, and Buddy's in this area. So I am their customer, but they need a more active plan to bring in more customers and do better. We did go to their St. Patrick's Day pub crawl and had a fantastic time. If they could bring in more events, that would be great. This was the second even in recent times I have attended, and honestly, their Emagine is my favorite. So I do want to see this place try to thrive.

There has been other turnovers and additions of businesses including the major add of a Costco, a Best Buy, and other chain stores. There's also a decent selection of restaurants in the area from fast food to upscale eateries. We regularly visit the Costco gas station and warehouse, Best Buy, and the US Post Office as well as less frequent stops at another half dozen stores. Once a month we attend a real estate meeting at the IHOP there as well as an occasional quick McDonalds drive thru. It appears to be well maintained and I've seldom seen any long term vacancies and there's plenty of parking available. Traffic flow going in and out flows well.

So much has changed over the years. She saw stores come and go, and several restaurants come and go that we used to love so much. There was a burger place with the best espresso milk shakes. There was a stir fry place we loved so much that left that one of the kids cried real tears to see it gone. But today there is still a lot for us to come here for. We really love the addition of Barnes and Noble, where you will find us every time we come here, we love this book store. While it is smaller than some, it typically carries what we are looking for. We love PF Chang's and Shake Shack. I am excited to try Pokeworks at some point. I love Sephora. I am sad that Parisian/ Carsen's went out of business, but we do go to the new store from time to time. Even though this is a tiny outdoor mall, I do come to their events. This event was the Harry Potter Butterbeer Truck activity. I believe I found it first on the official Harry Potter site, then on local advertisements. It was so fun. We actually stood in line for two hours, but it was so nice out, it was worth it just soaking up the Spring air and sunshine and people watching. They have had reindeer and petting farms here during Christmas. I love their Christmas lights. We have gone to their very small art fairs and other outdoor community activities. As some stores close, they seem to find new ones to open and new restaurants, which is great. I hope they continue to plan community activities, we will continue to visit. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. On top of the new-ish or not so new-ish condition of the merchandise, the prices are close to retail. A counter top ice maker was $129 which is the same price as Amazon, the same went for other items I checked on. In at least one situation, there was a product that had a $3 sticker on it, but had what looked like to me as a K-Mart clearance sticker for $1.99...are you kidding me!! Walking around the store looking at the shelves in a bit of disarray drove me crazy, I was like you have this huge store with all this merchandise, and you treat it like a sloppy over priced garage sale...ugh! My prediction is that in its current state, OO may not be favorable with the people who are used to Big Lots being here. I wish them well, but in order to attract and retain customers, they need to lower their prices by about 20%, organize the shelves like a professional business, seal all open boxes, and instill trust in the consumer that they can easily return any defective merchandise.
