I got an excellent and thorough massage. I made an appointment the day of for a couples massage. This place does not offer a full ambiance experience you may be used to when getting a massage. You hear people entering and hanging out in lobby because the massage room walls do not Go to the ceiling. They have no front desk clerk so the masseuses take turns greeting guests during your massage. There is no aroma therapy. The oils have no scents. There is relaxing music playing. At the end of massage they give you a small paper cup of water. When I called to make appointment the women spoke broken English. There was another guest who they lost his appointment. Overall it was okay...make sure you get a Groupon deal otherwise it's not worth full price. The massage was great, but the other issues brought the star rating down. read more

I don't understand the low ratings of this place. No it is not a fancy upscale spa. If you want that, go elsewhere. To me this is a pretty typical Asian foot massage place decor-wise. It was clean but it wasn't focused on mood-setting or ambiance but who cares because the massage is AMAZING. I bought a groupon and went on a Friday after work. I was stressed after a long day and this massage was everything and then some. I paid for a 1-hour foot massage and in addition to the typical head and neck massage and foot rub I also got a body and butt massage. I live for a foot massage and this man did not disappoint. I found this place on groupon and made an appointment for my girlfriend and I to have a couples massage on a Sunday evening to wind down our weekend. First off, I saw some reviews that said this place wasn't clean...I would 100% not agree with these reviews based on my experience. I found it to be plenty clean. Also the oils are scented but its is a very light scent which personally I liked because I'm not a fan of heavy scents that eventually become annoying. The music they had playing during our massage was relaxing and I found it to be perfect. I can understand what some of the other reviews are saying but overall, we both enjoyed our experience. It is not a super fancy place, but the massage was fantastic! Both of the masseuses were excellent. Their pressure was firm but not painfully deep and they seemed to know exactly which muscles were excessively tense. They both had great time management and hit all the major areas during the hour (the main focus was the upper back). Having said that, they did a great job on the lower back, lower body, arms and shoulders as well. As a few other reviews mentioned, the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling which I assume is a fire code issue and yes you can hear people in the lobby. My advice would be to schedule an appointment later in the evening if you think this will bother you. Ours were at 7pm on a sunday and we heard one other person come in (not a big deal). One masseuse did have to go greet the customer but they were back before I knew it (this really didn't bother me). The ambience and decorations are not overly special or fancy but your laying face down for most of the appointment so not really a big deal. They do only give you a small cup of water at the end but I brought water in my hydro flask and left it in my car, so problem solved. While it is the massage version of a not too many frills massage parlor/spa, I would recommend this place. The massage was simply fantastic and the price was right. The one thing I would ask them to change is the person who answered the phone both times I called answered with "hello". This is odd because at first I did not know if I called the right place. My boyfriend found this place on Groupon and we went a Sunday night. The first impression is a bit odd especially if you're used to the "American way ". What I mean by that is the general ambiance, the temperature adjustable on the table, the nice smell, music, and all the fancy things and customer service American are so good at. But don't let this stop you. I can speak for the both of us when I say that the massage was AMAZING. By far the best I have ever had, and being very active, I try to get a massage once month. I've tried a lot of places but have never had such a good massage. My therapist was Jeff and I felt like he was reading my body like an open book knowing exactly what to do and what pressure to apply. I booked a massage for a couple , the first impression of this very dirty place, and the bed linen on the massage bed was full of hair, it was not changed before me. I visited Orchid Spa because I'd seen them on Groupon and wanted to give them a try being as I live in the area. I have been to many "Foot Reflexology" places like this and am very picky. I will say that it's in a shopping plaza by the Walmart and ambiance is nothing fancy but I am rating them overall in service & technique. Overall I'd say this is the best real reflexology treatment I've received out of the 7+ places I've tried. What do I mean? Well, real reflexology is very detailed pressure points on the feet, not too much oil or cream and it is very intense. When you're done with a reflexology treatment you feel complete (as if you just had a full body massage). This is exactly as I felt and actually it's been a couple days and my feet are still HAPPY :) Our therapists Lily and Soso were strong, detailed, and fantastic! Very knowledgeable with a great touch. We will definitely be back to try the Shiatsu! We were in a back room with very comfortable chairs for the foot massages which they also will spend some time on your upper body (a plus!) You will pass several private rooms to get to the reflexology area. It was very quiet, nice music playing throughout and smelled very nice and fresh. The manager which I don't recall her name was very sweet, helpful and accommodating as well. It is nice to be greeted warmly when walking into a place and see some smiling faces. My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage this morning that he had purchased from Groupon. WARNING: images on site are no where near how terrible the place actually was. The walls were stained, you hear all the noise that goes on from the halls and the lobby, the massage beds look raggedy, the carpets were so gross, and the walls don't go up to the ceiling so it doesn't give you a sense of privacy. The place just felt nasty to me and the second we got it, I was ready to get out. The masseuse not once asked me if the pressure was good or not and didn't really seem to give me an actual massage. It was more so rubbing my back for most of the time. It probably wasn't the worst massage ever but definitely not anything out of this world that would make me even consider coming back here. They should definitely remove "Spa" from the title of this business because it is nothing close to it. If you don't care for cleanliness or a relaxing environment when getting your massage then maybe you'll actually enjoy your massage, but if you do enjoy those details then please save your money and don't go here. read more

Jeff was my masseuse & he was AMAZING!!! If you're looking for an upscale, fancy, spa-like, ambiance, this is not the place. Been to this place twice for a couples massage. Yes, it's true that the place is run down, has noise problems, etc., but the massages are good and reasonably priced. 1st time was with Jeff and David, 2nd time with David and a lady. 1st time was great! The guys gave us deep tissue massages without being too rough. I hate getting a massage where I feel like I'm being caressed vs breaking up the knots. So, today, I call to make an appointment and a lady picks up (I assume it's the same lady from before) and was extremely rude. I start by saying I wanted to schedule a couples massage at 8:30pm. Lady exclaims 8:30?! as if I had just said midnight! I asked if this was a problem and the lady asked if I could come earlier. I asked what time and she said 7:00pm. I told her I couldn't because it was too early, but tried to compromise for 8:00pm. I told her I had a Groupon as well. The lady said that she couldn't schedule for that time but if I had cash, she could. I asked why and she replied that nights are their busy time and they lose money on Groupon. This is why she wanted to schedule me earlier. I told her that this wasn't in the fine print on Groupon and she replied saying it's her business and she can schedule however she likes. After going back and worth for a few more moments and her repeating that she can't do 8:30pm (even though I repeatedly told her I could do 8:00pm), she hangs up on me! Cool - I'm not going to beg you to take my money. You just lost a customer and earned a shitty review - all for free! 2019 is the yr where if I have to argue/plead with you to do your job or for you to provide the goods/services you advertised (especially for small businesses) then I'm done with you. I believe in constructive criticism, so with that being said, I'll stick to the facts and not opinion. I gave it two stars because I feel like the masseuse tried her best. However this place was like non other I've ever experienced. I have had massages at contour day spa and massage envy plenty of times, this place is not on that level. I found it odd that upon arrival they brought me to the back of the business to lay on something similar to a cot. There, from the knees below, my feet hung off the cot. They placed my feet in a bucket of water. I am assuming they were doing this to clean my feet prior to them giving me a massage. The place was extremely noisy and from time to time someone kept opening the back door to the business, and it was extremely bright, which killed the small amount of ambience they were trying to create. My massage was started by a gentleman and midway through he switched off to a woman. In the mist of switching, there was conversations between him and her and at one point, he was yelling for someone. Again, this killed any relaxing mood you would expect to experience when getting a massage. After the woman was done with my feet she moved me to another room to proceed on my back. This was another moment that killed my relaxation. Having to walk from the back of the business to one of the rooms made no sense to me. Once in the room, I was able to hear multiple conversations taking place. There was no music in the room, there was no special lighting, and the massage tables seem to be very outdated. I seem to agree with another review about this place, I am not sure if they have a license in massage therapy, because it didn't feel like any massages I have had in the past. All I could remember thinking was " I need to leave a review." I only leave reviews on two occasions, wonderful services, and questionable. read more

Worst please ever! I would never go back to Orchid Massage nor do I recommended this place. I left my cell phone there but when I turned around to go back & they closed 30 minutes earlier than their advertisements time. After calling 4-5x I had no choice but to go the next day and ask massage person I had & manager who was unkept, uneducated, and rude. They all told me they don't have my phone & didn't know anything about it ..all 4 staff members there. I left telling her the manager I will call the police because I didn't have a phone I left to get my husband's phone & tracked my IPhone as it turned out my phone was there so I called the Police then the manager said she had my phone. The manager started arguing with the police & myself she didn't speak very good English however she definitely was screaming and yelling saying she was going to give the phone to me and something else we couldn't understand. Beware of sinful people like this and that think they can get away with stealing from customers!! I don't even think the massage people there are all licensed in my opinion. The night before we tipped massage people accordingly but my but I gave my person more money and my husband's massage person saw that and was asking for more money 3x and that made us uncomfortable and suspicious with the way she was demanding it. read more

I've been here a few times for their reflexology. Each time I've gone, they've done the massage a different way. Not complaining, but curious as to why there's a difference between sitting up first and getting your back massaged versus laying face down mid massage. Either way, they've do a good job. The female applied so much pressure to my back that I woke up the following day in serious pain. The place looked really rundown and dirty and not presentable. The music was too loud. The female kept sneezing , making it hard to relax. We paid $108.00 in advance on Groupon and they wouldn't let us leave without paying them a tip. I've never written a Yelp review but after my over the phone encounter with them, I decided I needed to share my experience. I called to inquire about an appointment before purchasing a Groupon, I was very pleasant and looking forward to scheduling for this evening. The person who answered the phone was very rude, had an extremely disgusting attitude and completely turned me off from doing business with them. She just kept repeating that Groupons were not accepted on the weekends, which was perfectly fine as I had no issue paying whatever the cost would have been. As I was inquiring what the cost would be, she just kept saying it's the same price as the Groupon, she said that about four times within the time span of a less than 2 minute conversation. When I finally asked her for the physical number so as to stop referring me to what it said on Groupon, she quoted me the price of $108. I said Thank you and disconnected. When I went back on on to Groupon and was reminded the price is actually $94 today. I called her back to inform her that online it actually said $94 and to inquire about if it would be $94 or $108 just so I could prepare myself for whatever it would be. While I was speaking she hung up on me because I advised her that online was not the same price she quoted me.
