I really wanted to try there food it looked good!! but the whole place smelled like 20 women doing there nail polish!! It was enough to make me a mechanic around harsh chemicals all day gag and about made my pregnant wife puke let alone idk how you wouldn't have almost tasted the nail polish with every bite. The people serving in this restaurant are incredibly hospitable. Everything was so clean, including the bathrooms. Our food was great, came quickly and the price was affordable. The burritos are huge as well as the kids' meals. If we travel through this way again we'll be back. read more

Order up is an amazing restaurant that might be considered a hidden gem to most tourist or out of town visitors but is well known and loved by a majority of the locals in Rifle. We stopped by this restaurant after hearing a lot about it and wanting some breakfast without having to go out of town. It was great tasting food that came out very fast. I had the amazing Ghost Burger and my girlfriend had the Green Chili Cheese Fries. Both plates tasted great and the service was A+. We'll definitely be back for more! read more

Very disappointing! We both ordered "the breakfast special" chicken fried steak and eggs for 12.95, received a pile of potatoes with 2 eggs on top. The steak consisted of 5 - 1" x 1" pieces of cut up steak mixed in among the potatoes. When I order a steak, I expect to get a steak, not what looks like leftovers from someone else's plate. In short, $26 for eggs and potatoes. Made my disappointment known via a note to the front desk where you pay the bill (to be polite and not complain in front of other customers), no response, not even from the owner who was standing right there at the time. We've eaten there several times and each time the food is really good (their green chili is amazing and you can get a side to put on your eggs or potatoes) and my sister raves about their coffee. Wow! Order Up is such a great place to eat. They have a great kid's menu, and their green chili is amazing. They could cover anything with their green chili and it would be awesome. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, but unfortunately today I was extremely disappointed. The cream carafe was completely shattered, yet still being used. My coffee mug was cracked and chipped all along the lip, leaving my lip cut, which is unacceptable. Cheese was added to both entrées without notice, and when I asked about it, I was told it came with cheese. If items come with cheese, it should be listed on the menu. Hopefully our next visit will be a bit more pleasant. read more

The doors were unlocked, there were customers seated inside, but we were turned away due to "wet tables". The first thing I noticed was the smell of whatever they used, and could have had the doors open for the fresh air. Didn't go Monday, since I heard they didn't have food to serve. Good food & friendly service... but waited over 30 minutes for breakfast food! It was Sunday and had to wait to be seated so it was busy, but no excuse to wait that long! Didn't even get an apology for the long wait - which makes me think a long wait for food is the norm here. So, if you have an hour or more to kill, then this place will satisfy you. But if you're in a hurry or just don't like waiting very long for your food, then go somewhere else. read more

Rifle needed a really good breakfast and lunch place. Order up nailed it. Great service friendly ,food is great and affordable you don't spend a ton of money on food like all the other places in town that isn't fast food.
