This house is not located near Godzilla's Japanese nuclear power plant. BFD.) and that the home was old (so what?). I made it clear at the outset that the house needed a deep cleaning rather than a quick wipe down. I was told by the manager (Steve?) that the price would be $500. WTF? Just an utter waste of time. Steve never asked any specific questions as to how dirty the house is nor did he say he wanted to come over to estimate it. I never underplayed how much work the home needed. I mean, if you clean houses for a living and you have ever seen a house that has been vacant for several years that has had contractors tromping through it (information that was FULLY disclosed), you know it's going to be dirty.
