When I brought the shade to the showroom, I was greeted and listened to and got my questions answered very professionally. Expecting to have to leave the shade for repair, I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was done right there and then and when asking what I owed, I was told that I didn't have to pay anything. I'm only posting this now because I'm dealing with issues again with the blinds he installed and I recall the frustration of trying to reach him by phone and email 10s of times to no avail. I thought he might have passed away or something, but later found out he just picked his stuff up and left all his customers behind.

The problem came when on delivery when they unwrapped the windows there was a chip in a largest pane and a broken screen on a smaller window. No fault of this installer. They told us that they would arrange for the repair through Milguard's warranty. This was mid-March. Mid-May and we still hadn't heard anything. So we started calling. We were told a few different things each time we called. A manager would call us back- they never did. It was up to Milguard and they had no control- turned out not to be true. I even asked them at that time, if I needed to call Milguard if they could just point me in the right direction, again no returned call. Finally last week (late June) my husband went in person. That day I got an email from Milguard stating the ticket had been created. 3 months and multiple phone calls and they had never even put in the ticket. Once the ticket was put in the screen was ordered and shipped within 2 days through Milguard. If anyone had ever bothered to call us back, we probably could have figured this out the first time we called. And mistakes happen, we would have understood. But being told things that were not true and having no follow up was not acceptable. 5 stars for product and installation. 0 stars for follow up with customer service. Cannot recommend. We had 8 more windows and a slider to replace, needless to say we will look elsewhere.

He showed up an hour late in a broke down car with a "friend" and no tools even though he assessed what he would need the week before. They looked dirty and like they had a rough night partying the night before. Then left to go to Ace despite the fact the dresser came with tools and I also have my own. They left and then 2 hours later I messaged him I have plans and needed to leave. He showed back up and wanted to take the dresser to his "shop" and return in a few hours. Over a 3 day period he made up excuses on why it was taking so long, including telling me his uncle went to the hospital and died! He told me the dresser was built that day, then the next said there was missing instructions and took another day, then he said parts were missing and he had to "fabricate parts". Over these 3 days me and my kids dad tried telling him to just bring the dresser back and how uncomfortable I was. He would not bring it back until he was done. Once returned and he was paid, I moved the dresser and it fell apart. He did a ton of damage and then tried to glue it together hoping it would stay. I requested a refund and he refused to make it right and started insulting me and telling me it's my fault because I moved it. It was brand new in a box, I should be able to move it, with out it falling apart. Now I'm left to try and report him while being out $500 as a single mom. This was sooo wrong! Do not trust him!
