This business is now "Bend Blind Cleaning" and did a fantastic job cleaning and renewing the internal strings in three 6 ft wide 20 yr old Hunter Douglas pleated shades on my sliding doors. I was embarrassed by the pet stains from my male dog on the bottom portion, and was worried I'd have to replace the shades entirely, but they came out looking and working like new. Disappointed in blind cleaning. Blinds showed several ripples at top of blind after cleaning, and was told they were old and had wear. Owner said the ripples were there to begin, but they were not there to begin with as we have lived with them and know the look of our blinds vs. someone who came on site for only a half day. Also, cords never really came clean, and some dirt still on sides of blinds. Waste of money. read more

We are so pleased with the results and the customer service of the Schwake family! Our cellular shades look new again--a little embarrassed at how dirty they were--and the wood blinds are gleaming. Jarred was prompt, polite and they even honored my expired coupon...well I had called for the appointment before the coupon expired. That said, the cost was very fair for 12 blinds. Love these guys. Had repairs that were needed on some blinds from the house we just purchased. A couple of the cords had been broken so the blinds had to be restrung.
