I recieved it in the mail a couple days later and brought it straight to my machinist.....well, all of the intake valves were bent! I wasn't looking forward to this conversation at all, as most auto wreckers don't have the greatest reputation in this area. I couldn't have been more wrong! They took care of the issue quickly and refunded me. I will make a point of doing business with these folks again, everyone makes mistakes, misses things, but the best of them own up to it and take care of the issue without conflict. I brought a Interstate battery to the Central point shop to get checked that was in a new toyhauler…read morei purchased 8 months ago. I talked with a employee there and explained to him i charged it and it doesnt seem to hold a charge. He then tells me that he can check it but without a receipt he cant replace it. I then asked him what was the date code on the battery and he said looked like a 2025 prob 10 months old. I then asked dont you go off date codes and he said yes but i still have to have a receipt to get it replaced. So i just left with the battery. Not a way to do business in a small valley. I have been in business for 26 years in the valley and would never have lasted this long if i did this to my customers. If you want good warranties and service go to Batteries plus. They replace the battery off the date even if you dont have a receipt. They will be getting all my business for all my equipment batteries from here on out.
