I wasn't looking forward to this conversation at all, as most auto wreckers don't have the greatest reputation in this area. I couldn't have been more wrong! They took care of the issue quickly and refunded me. I go out of my way and drive further specifically to go to this location because they are so incredibly helpful time and time again. I've gone to locations in town where the staff told me not to buy a part, to go on YouTube and look at symptoms of my car first, which really frustrated me. I had walked away annoyed and empty handed. Natasha remembered me from my last visit, even little details about me, like my mom being here on a visit and me owning a cleaning business. When she couldn't find an answer to a question, she had Cory come help. I love this location and the staff. The quality of their products along with their customer service really make the extra difference. I paid a little extra, and would be happy to again for the service I receive consistently.
