Victoria was sales lady…read more I already had their Truck Slide installed (via Home Depot purchase - 10% veterans discount and you can pick up at your leisure from local HD store - way way easy). Install - measure, dry fit, review before drilling and no problem for son and I to install slide - it's awesome! Drove up last week for the Pickup Pack installation. I had asked them to hold it for a couple weeks after manufactured, as I had a trip planned to go through area. No issue on that and great follow-ups by Hank! Great product, great installation. I had them make a custom box almost 20 years ago and knew they made boxes, but the Pickup Pack with the full nine yards, headache rack, rear rack, dome, lights inside and out, etc., was what I ordered this time. No not cheap date - but you get what you pay for. I'm satisfied, pretty darn happy - LOL. Asked them to do the installation up front - and as I said, they did a nice job and the cost was reasonable! I know they followed process as they disconnected the battery for the electrical part - HA! I got an OnStar alert and a CEL. That (CEL) clears after four or five key cycles. Totally normal and the tattle-tail they follow process. Install guys met me at 6:15 am and were great! A couple pieces the installers noticed needed a re-powder coated and they sent to their paint section for fast repaint, minimal delay (couple hours). Top dollar here get's you top dollar service. Most of all they are hard working people. Nothing ever wrong with that, IMHO.

Lots of new hardware and everything came back so fresh and so clean! I almost rebuilt it myself but for the price I paid. $1143.88 + $48 shipping there it was a deal. The rebuild kit itself is $600 so the extra is worth the headache I avoided. The build is a little cheaper if you dont choose the aftermarket bracket. Thank you for the great work!

Things didn't go as planned initially because of a warehouse miscommunication, and I was pretty annoyed. In addition a part (springs) I ordered was not in stock (COVID). The part out of stock was set to arrive in October. I initially wanted a partial shipment, but changed my mind a couple of days later and indicated all could be shipped at the same time. I expected everything to arrive around October. Today, I get an email stating everything had shipped, including the springs that were on back order. I emailed Josh at Wheeler's to confirm this was true. He said it was and I'm expecting to get everything today (09/01/2020). Wheeler's turned what could have become a really bad experience into something good, which is something all of their customers expect from them. Thank you, Wheeler's. I'm a customer for life.

I bought a truck from them, the next day the check engine light came on. Took it back there, they said they would replace it no problem, as long as I got the part. I purchased the part, and brought the truck back to them, their mechanic could not figure it out. It was an O2 censor. The issue was, with that engine type, the wrong o2 censor would read that it needed to be replaced. So I had to take my truck into a different mechanic, and drop over $500 to get the o2 censor issue figure out. Then came back to Used Car factory, asked if they could reimburse me for the Auto shop fee, they said not, Then asked if they would simply pay for the parts, they again said no. Will never refer anyone I know to this car lot. I dropped 15k on my truck, they could have at least replaced/paid for the parts I had to put into the truck, to get it running right. The last conversation I had with them, I asked them to pay for the o2 censor, which is $126. After paying over $15,000, you would think they would at least do that.

We drove to Grants Pass to pick it up and spend a few days on the Rogue River. River City personnel did an excellent job prepping the rig. Every system was tested and confirmed as working. Stove, oven, solar, TVs, sewer connections, windows....everything. It was squeaky clean, even smelled brand new! They worked with us on the price. We went into the store to return it and the associate stated that they no longer carry that brand because "that brand is known for having that issue". The associate that was working at the time was able to look up our receipt for us but then said because they no longer carry that brand they didn't know how to process the exchange and to come back in a few days when the manager would be there. Okay, fine, kind of a hassle, but we went with it. Came back the day she said to only to now be told that 1. They can't look up the receipt for us, but 2. They require the receipt to return the battery. Wait, what?! For something that you flat out told me is known to be defective? To top it all off, they then proceeded to try to SELL us another battery! Between being out of work because of COVID and having a 5 month old to care for, we couldn't afford the FIRST battery and now you're trying to squeeze more money out of us?! WHAT A SCAM!
