We enjoyed the food trucks and some of the vendors. My only suggestions would be to add a few additional vendors if possible and try to put more tables in the shade - it was a hot day which made everyone crowd under the tent.

When researching wedding venues online, I…read morerespectfully criticized their use of AI in their paid Facebook ad and how that makes their venue look to me--a potential customer. They deleted my comment and blocked me. I emailed them asking why they would resort to blocking me over a singular comment rather than deal with a grievance diplomatically. I never received a response. If this is how you handle one slightly negative comment, I would hate to see what happens when people who use your venue have complaints. Any reputable business addresses concerns instead avoiding them and ceasing contact. To me this is a huge reflection of the professionalism and integrity of the business owner(s). Keep their avoidant behavior and horrible attitudes in mind if you're thinking of using them for what is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. God forbid you have anything slightly negative to say or complain about when it comes to your wedding.
