I brought a dress in expecting alterations to take a month and the ETA was just 2 days later (and it was ready at that promised date). The dress came out a tad shorter than expected (which I can solve by getting different shoes) and without me even asking the owner(?) gave me a discount. In my book this is great customer service. Any garment dry cleaned and pressed for $1.95! If you get a coupon from your Kroger receipt or Val-Pak, it's $1.75 per garment! I've been to dry cleaners that charge triple that amount! Any size comforter is $20! Not bad!! In by 10, out by 5! You can't beat that! You pre-pay, so pick up is a breeze. So how's the service and quality you may ask...
