Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location has been nothing short of disappointing. I brought in my uniform on a Monday evening and was initially told it would be ready on July 4th. Recognizing that the holiday might affect the schedule, I confirmed and was then told it would be ready on Monday, July 8th. When I returned to pick up my uniform at 4:00 pm, I was informed I should come back at 5:30 pm because "the guy" had not yet dropped off the clothing. I returned again at 6:11 pm--just before the store closed at 6:30 pm--only to be told my uniform was not ready and that I should pick it up the next day, Tuesday, July 8th. The entire experience was highly inconvenient, unprofessional, and demonstrated a clear lack of respect for my time. I highly discourage anyone from trusting this facility with their garments. Evelyn was excellent from the start, she gave advice for everything from walking down the isle, to what to have the day of in case of emergency's. It's hit or miss with this cleaners. Sometimes my clothes SEEM cleaned and others times, it's is clear they simply pressed them without cleaning. Pressing is also hit or miss. When a redo is requested, the garment returns looking as if nothing was done. And, the clothes never smell "clean." They either don't have a smell or a slight scent of a cleaner used to mask an uncleaned garment.
