We got the dreaded call from another parent that my child may have been exposed to lice. We found nits and began calling around to get diagnosis and treatment right away. Safiya was very pleasant to work with and extremely thorough and spent over 3.5 hours combing our hair. Their service is about 2 - 3 times more expensive than other services we have used in the past. (At $2/min. + $30 travel fee. We haven't gotten the final bill yet, but based on 207 min. spent at our house, our treatment cost would be around $450). It's a sticker shock of a price compared to other places, but we were in need of lice treatment and got an extremely thorough combing. We feel that we got what we paid for, and I certainly would not have been able to comb my kid's or my hair the way this amazing lady did. The 35 day guarantee is only availbale if you call them back for follow-up combing. I'm on the fence for the follow-up combing due to cost. I don't want to spend another $200-$300, so I may consider going to a lice salon or calling another service for check-up.
