Visiting from NY, I found this place nearby from where I'm staying. I called Organic Nail for an appointment but when I walked in I realized it wasn't necessary during the day. I went in for a regular gel polish manicure but actually got their dipping powder instead and I'm very happy with it! The place is really clean and Ben, who did my nails was really great. My nails were a mess before I went in - I had a gel manicure and I broke I few nails and then picked and peeled them, making a huge mess of everything. I'm very impressed that Ben was able to save my nails- I wish I had taken a before picture. One thing I found interesting is that they didn't soak off my gel polish. They used some kind of remover instead which was a much better experience than soaking off in acetone. I'll be back for sure! read more

First of all the ambiance is nice, and the plaza is new and kind of in the cut! The service is poor, they "act" nice to do a quick job. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and manicure. The water was HOT, I mean too hot as if they did it on purpose and I like my water hot(but not boiling). My feet couldn't stand it. I had to yell for them to cool it down, they was like "take your feet out". Secondly, my pedicure was half done, I still had dry skin left on the heel of my feet, they don't let your feet soak long enough and they don't scrub hard enough to get all the dead skin off. I do a better job at home but wrapping my own feet in Vaseline. So not worth $42 Colada deluxe pedicure + $30 for clear gel. Next, I got a manicure $17 + $30 for clear gel. The very next day, the gel coat was peeling off! Nail bed dry as hell. My gel coats usually last at least 12 weeks before they start to peel. If you want a cute nail soap that's overpriced and does a half ass job, then come here and waste your time. They are not even that clean. Everything is new, but not cleaned after each use. This was my third time here! I would never return. read more

I actually would give 2.5 stars. So it has been a week since I got my nail service. Not really impressed. First time here and probably my last. I made an 11am appointment for a manicure with gel polish with Young and 2 pedicures. We weren't called to the back until about 25 minutes after 11, and my SO was serviced I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. However, Young did wrap my nail to remove the gel polish. Young does not do pedicures so someone else did that. However while the lady was doing my pedicure young started my nails. He actually completed my fingernails during my pedicure. I did not like that because it felt rushed and it caused the lady to cut the side of my foot. This was my first time doing the gel dip and he stood to the pedicure chair to do it. Again I felt rushed. My nails looked okay but I've never had gel dip so I really don't know. To me the gel dip looks like acrylic or press-on nails which I do not like. They are very bulky and it looks fake. I thought doing my nails at the pedicure chair was their normal thing but once I was finished, Young took this other lady to his chair to do her nails, she was also getting a pedicure. It was not the best service especially for the price we paid. On another note Young said the manicure wasn't necessary because the machine used to do my nails would clean them up; not true I need a manicure right now. Side note: I do not like my nails shaved down and that was the machine he used on my nails. I'm sure I will not return. read more

I started coming here because I live close by but I go back because they do a great job. The pedicures last about 6 weeks when I get the gel and the dip lasts about 3, it would probably last longer but my nails grow out pretty quick. You can definitely walk in but if you're going on the weekends I recommend an appointment. I request Jackie and she really does a great job and takes care they look great. read more

I came in, and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I finally asked for a pedicure and manicure, and they did a poor job with my pedicure. I paid 45 dollars for exfoliating. They put 3 Lotions on my feet with no exfoliation at all. Then I got gel nails, and they put 5 coats of color on my nails and 2 coats of clear. It did not come out great. read more

If you're looking for quality and willing to pay for it, Organic Nail Dip and Spa may be the place for you. The best part is there are no harsh chemical smells when you enter the salon. All supplies are sealed which adds hygienic peace of mind. I went for a standard pedicure and dip manicure. The technicians were kind and took their time, asking me how I liked their work throughout. They offered me something to drink and adjusted the chair for my comfort. Pro tip: if you're able to go right when they open, you can enjoy an even more tranquil experience. I was the only client at 9:30am on a Wednesday morning. It cost me just shy of $80 for the pampering with gratuity. If you can afford the splurge, I would recommend it! read more

Got a pedicure and dip nail. The pedicure was great, but my nails were messed up three times. This is the result from the third attempt. I couldn't have them fixed, again, because I was already late to work. Decided to go back and unfortunately it did not end well yet again. Got a gel manicure and they started peeling and lifting literally the very next day. It appears the technician did not finish the acrylic before applying the gel, thus the gel polish did not have A buffed enough surface to bind to. Also the technician did not buff/file the perimeter of the nails which made it that much likely to peel. All of this was explained to me by a nail technician who saw the poor state of my nails so shortly after receiving service. Unfortunately I think that is my last effort with this particular establishment and I will be seeking a new place to do my nails. Two stars because they were cute for the 24 hours that they lasted. And apparently they don't believe in base coats on nails which is why The polish on my $40 gel acrylic manicures would start peeling a mere five days later. This happened on two separate occasions before I finally decided that would be my last visit. read more

I'm always quiet and tip 20% minimum because I know they have a hard job but this pissed me off today. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure at 4pm got there at 3:55 no one helped for 30 minutes. Finally got helped, asked for the $57 pedicure asked for white regular nail polish and the staff started laughing and gesturing towards me. Not trying to hide it, making me uncomfortable. Henry does the pedicure, the front 2 toes had so many layers it looked bad, so I said please fix it. But he's trying to rush me out the door because it's pass closing and he took forever to help me and forever to do the manicure. After making me wait. So he doesn't offer to fix it even after receiving a 20% tip And I turn around and tell him a 2nd time to fix it, and he finally did. Just took 1.5 hours for a pedicure. As I'm leaving the girls that closed the store at 5pm today 3/26 also followed behind me into the parking lot laughing and saying "bye bye" they were very rude too. Beautiful store but rude and lazy staff. I would recommend K's luxury nails instead read more

last two times i've gone here will definitely be my last times ever going to this place. I'm confused on how this place even has four stars. Last time I was here it was completely rushed and the guy taking care of my nails took no time into making sure my nails were secure. Barely lasted me a week until my dip started peeling. i come again and the lady doing my nail broke my nail... i was charged for coffin shape even tho she didn't shape my nails at all.. she just left it like it was last time... i do not recommend this place if you're looking to get your nails done and be satisfied with them. read more

Terrible everything was rushed, I asked for glitter ombré with gel. They used gel polish and for the glitter they used acrylic powder. The nails are bumpy chunky bulky and far from what I requested on top of that they charged me 10 extra for the " ombré" design. I live 5 mins away but I will never again step foot in this super expensive terrible quality salon. Good luck. read more

Hidden Gem! I love this place, it's so peaceful and relaxing. They offer a bunch of different selections of pedicures (relaxing, moisturizing, detoxing) and the ambiance is clean and inviting! Cindy takes great care of me every time I go. I get dip powder and she meticulously shapes my nails perfectly. The service and staff there really enjoy working around each other and help each other out even on the smallest things just to make the client feel pampered. I don't usually write negative reviews but I'm unhappy. I love treating myself to self care and feel this salon has done a nice job in the past. This being said, the website states this salon is open until 730PM. I've gone three separate times 5pm and after and have either been made a comment to about how they like to leave early or have been turned away. One of those times, I called the salon 2 days after my nails were done because a single nail chipped and was told to come in another time because there wasn't enough time... No issue if you close your salon early but please respect other peoples' time and do not market false hours. Won't be returning. read more

The place is nice and most of the techs I encountered have been nice as well. My main gripe is that I've gone three times now and each time I got a finger or toe cut by their file (like a deep paper cut) or a nick from the drill. I like the place but not enough to walk away with sore, stinging digits and possibly risk infection. read more

Horrible customer service!!! Henry did my pedicure & he was awesome. Did an excellent job & was very personable and accommodating. The owner is rude and the little girl with the blonde bowl cut, I have forgotten her name, FIND SOMEONE ELSE. She was rude, wouldn't respond when I asked her a question and when I said "hello?" after I asked a question and she didn't respond, she said I hear you. Then answer FOOL! I told her NOT to cut my REAL (very long) nails down and she did it anyway. Then had to add an extension to the nail she cut. The only reason I left a tip of 20% was for Henry but I wish I didn't have to split it with her. I'll never go back there and from now on I'll be carrying cash for tips for that very reason. read more

This is one of my new spots in Brandon to get my nails done. I've been a couple of times without a reservation and was able to be quickly seen. They have several options for pedicures and line the bowls of the chairs which is important. They follow physical distancing and mask guidelines. I got a gel pedicure and dip nails and was happy to find that they had matching colors in both. read more

Very aesthetic inside and clean. When we arrived, we used the check in kiosk and were seated. The chairs for pedicures are massage chairs and very comfortable. My nail tech was very funny and entertaining, I enjoyed every bit and got the Luxe nail package. Only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the website, it states 70 minutes but ours was only 45 minutes so we felt our experience fell a bit short of the time but nonetheless, I would return as it was a very great experience. That day, I met the best nail technician I've had in 30+ years. She gave me a French gel manicure that has lasted over three weeks! The job was seamless, with no bump between the clear and the white line--impressive! The price was fair for the attention and service I received.
