I chose the organic pedicure which is quite expensive but so worth it. There's several tiers and I might try the one down from the organic next but if you want to really get pampered this is the way to go. Helen was great and massaged my legs for like 30 minutes if not more. The actual nails look great too. They scrub your legs with scrub and oranges and limes, massages with oils and lotions, paraffin wax, hot stones, etc. the entire place smelled amazing. Not like normal nail salons. I went here for my first time on a whim today while my daughter was at dance practice a few doors down. I had an hour to kill and needed my nails done, so figured I'd give them a shot. SO glad I did because I found my new favorite spot in town! They were able to take me right away for a full set, my nail tech took his time and was very friendly, and did a fantastic job. I added chrome last minute, which he did without complaint, and my daughter came in after her class and was able to get her nails painted right away as well. The prices were fair and the space is clean and welcoming. It was $90 for my full set with gel and chrome + gel polish on my daughter's fingers, and I got a nice unexpected hot wax and towel treatment at the end! read more

Do not go to Organic Nails! I have been there two years ago and I found them satisfactory. But not now. I went in just to have a simple French manicure. Helen was my tech and it became evident that she didn't understand English very well and why she shaped my nails so short. The big problem was that she only put one coat on my nails. The next day one nail was chipped and another one tore. I'm a retired woman and my 70s so I wasn't doing any activities that should've caused my nails to be weak. they also didn't have one of those nail dryers that you put your hands in. They just had a small fan and she told to sit there for five minutes. I wish I had taken pictures and you could see. The place looks good from the outside, but make sure your tech knows what they're doing. Otherwise, you're going to spend time and money and regret it. read more

Adela was very pleasant and did a great job with my manicure. I used to have acrylic nails before COVID and stopped going to the nail salon altogether but recently went back to just getting a manicure and pedicure. I live in Austin and in town because my boyfriend has a house here. I had a gel manicure about two weeks before I got here and they needed a refresh. I was not aware of the different options and Adela took her time to explain to me that the SNS (powder dip) was better than gel and was much more durable. I made an appointment beforehand as requested by the salon due to COVID When I got there I was asked to go wash my hands before I picked out my nail colors () There were two other ladies being serviced and they were sat spaced out with their masks on. I chose 'the basic organic spa' pedicure with regular polish and a basic manicure with gel polish. The pedicure was nice and the massage portion did not feel rushed at all and the fresh oranges felt lovely. My manicures take a lot of abuse thanks to toddlers and two dogs. Went in for a polish change and the girl had to rummage through other nail techs stations to find the necessary tools needed to do a cut down and Polish change. Made me feel very uncomfortable wondering if the tools she had were clean since she found them in the drawers. She then cut my toe nail way too short and realized she did and then start filing it. Omg. I jerked my foot back and she proceeds to tell me that it was my skin on my toenail. Ummm no. U cut it wayyy too short. I will never ever go back to this place! I now have a sore on that toe. Organic nails is a very high end full service nail salon, with a price tag to match. Trust me, this salon is worth every penny. I've consistently gotten exemplary service each visit after 8 months of being a customer. Organic nails is incredibly clean and practices some of most rigorous sanitation methods I've ever seen in a nail salon in Jacksonville. Every pedicure that this salon does uses a spa liner, autoclave packaged tools, and gloves. They offer a wide variety of beverages complementary while having your nails done. These offerings include the customary water and tea, but they also offer a selection of wines. The best part about Organic Nails is that they're very accommodating to people with short nails. I do not like my nails too much past my finger tips, for a variety of reasons, and Organic Nails is the first salon to get short nails perfect. This is not an easy feat as short nails usually end up looking thick and obviously fake. I've posted a picture of my short SNS nails as an example. When making your trip to Organic Nails plan for a lengthy affair. I've never left the salon in under an hour even for a simple pedicure. An average trip for SNS and a pedicure is 2 hours. Organic nails really knows how to treat their customers special. Each trip is definitely a well earned (and paid for) pampering. The only real draw back to this salon is the price. Compared to most salons Organic is quite pricey; however, at Organic you're getting a much better experience and execution. The best part of Organic Nails is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they talk to their customers instead of chattering amongst themselves in their native language. I had my first visit to this salon today and I can say I will be sticking with them for all future mani and pedi services. They have this new gel called Hybrid Gel. Its like an sns or acrylic but it looks extremely natural and doesn't add any unflattering bulk that you would get from the acrylic. I was able to get the hybrid gel with a tip to extend the 2 broken nails I had so i didn't need to cut down the length of my natural nail on my other fingers. They were so accommodating and the listed to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions but ultimately let me decide what I wanted. The customer service was incredible the employees working at the time that I arrived were friendly and really made me and my mom feel welcomed. We were serviced by the manager and Jamie both amazing people! I definitely recommend checking them out and trying a hybrid gel for a more natural looking nail! read more

I went to this salon on a Wednesday afternoon. Only one other person in the salon, and only 2 came in after me, and 5 employees so it was very nice. The color selection is decent but not impressive. However I will not be returning. The tech who did my nails (a fill with one replacement nail) burned my nails with the drill and ran over my cuticles and skin and I told her multiple times it was hurting. Each time she said that I was just sensitive and continued. I heard the client she took after me tell her the same thing and her response was the same. I had my toes painted without a pedicure and the gentleman who did my toes cut my toe with the file. And now on the following Monday, the thumb she did completely cracked and crumbled on the edges and one has broke completely off. Others are lifting on the edges already. This fill did not even last a full week. I will be attempting to return for repair tomorrow and will update my review. read more
