They made no attempt to help me or even explain to me why we could not make a small change. I have never been treated like that in any establishment little lone a Spa.

The space was beautifully decorated and smelled fantastic. Everyone that worked at the salon was very nice, and everyone was smiling!! There's nothing worse than walking into a salon or spa and getting a glum/pissed off/bored/annoyed-that-you're-there welcome. The wax was super quick--and she did a great job. She was willing to take a few extra minutes to make sure everything was done correctly and well done before she finished. She also took some time to recommend some products that would help my skin--but put no pressure on me to buy them. Wax-me is professional, comfortable, friendly, and WELL worth the money. Advised by attendant at my last session on my subscription that the very loud radio station…read morebroadcast could not be turned down. Booth was deafeningly noisy and cold. Advised attendant that conditions were not her fault and requested manager's number to ask for session refund. Received unsolicited, unpleasant call from the owner who, after refusing to acknowledge his responsibility for poor conditons, advised me that he would refund the balance of my membership and that I was not welcome to return. No refund as yet.
