When Cynthia came to my house my kitchen and bathrooms really were a disaster. I was really skeptical about whether she would be helpful especially in light of the review I had read from a different poster. Anyway, I decided to take a shot. To my surprise, the fee was not $650 as claimed by the previous poster but rather $450. It was the best money I ever spent. Cynthia opened all my cabinets and drawers in my kitchen and proceeded to ask me questions to determine whether or not those items were being kept in their current location, thrown away or being assigned to a different area of my house. She arranged a system for all my plates, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, storage units and appliances. I ended up filling three Hefty garbage bags of items I haven't used in a long time and throwing them in the trash. That alone set me on a course which triggered a change in my kitchen, my home and my life. Within 4 hours, I had a brand new lean mean kitchen machine with every I item I kept assigned a place and a purpose. The feeling I had spread through my bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, common room and garage. I must have thrown out thirty garbage bags worth of items I hadn't used in years that had been an impediment to the eventual tranquility of my life. My home is gorgeous now and I know where everything goes. Never again will I toss something on the counter to be dealt with later. Everything gets put away now and it's really rather easy when you know where the items go. I love coming returning home from work now. So far so good !!!!!...... Cynthia came to our home for the first time yesterday, and it was an experience! My husband and I are both short on time, and things have accumulated over the years. After doing a tour of our home, Cynthia and I planned the "zones" and assigned a priority to each. We began in our home office, purging old files and statements and unnecessary things. I particularly like her style - she is a "let's get to it" type of gal with a ton of energy. She is upbeat, very pleasant, and a joy to work with! My husband and I had a commitment last night, and we did not get home until late. First, I want to be up front and say that I am friends with Cynthia. I used Cynthia for about 3 days of organizing. She was very easy to work with. We organized a bedroom, kitchen, garage and basement. She also helped plan for the remodeling of closets. I was surprised at how down and dirty she got doing most of the cleaning in each area (which was pretty dirty in the garage and basement). It was painless to work with her and to get rid of many things which I never would have gotten rid of on my own (I am not a hoarder but I do like to save and/or collect things). She helped me and my wife decide that we do not need multiple counts of the same items, we do not need cabinets overflowing with coffee mugs, we do not need 5 pairs of slippers, we do not need 10 spatulas, etc. I would strongly recommend her if you need help organizing and cleaning out your house. I had accumulated so much junk over the past ten years of being in my home, I just didn't know where to start. So instead of starting, I procrastinated until it just got to be too much to deal with. Hi Cynthia helped me through a very difficult time in my life after the passing of my father. I had a garage loaded of his personal belongings she helped me go through important papers and meaningful things that meant something to him. Because I am considered "older" it is harder to do the things I used to find easy.Cynthia has helped me to "purge" the things I do not need.
