The planning process was great in that they created 3D CAD renderings for us to review, which really helped us to visualize the outcome (and took some anxiety away). The installers were professional and everything was installed perfectly. The owners followed up with us several times to make sure we were happy. They completely butchered our measurements and left us with a closet that is too small to be functional and of such poor quality I am almost embarrassed to have it in my home. We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for someone to return our phone call to discuss these issues and only upon threatening legal action did we finally get a call back. When I called the next day to report this to the Owner of the Company, I was told "Oh, well it must have been so and so, we fired him the day after your job because he was new and we didn't have a good feeling about him." There was no offer to rectify this and it's awful to know that they are employing people whom are sent into clients homes that are not vetted or who are not trustworthy.
