This is the 2nd set of cabinets I have had installed by OGS. I had my initial set done about 5 years ago as well as a garage floor. The cabinets still look like new and are extremely high quality. The floor had a couple of chips and all I had to do was call and they would come out and repair it no charge. My wife wanted to finish out the other side of the garage so we knew who to call- and ordered another set of custom cabinets. Installers came on time, were professional, friendly, wore masks, and did a great job. These guys are top notch! I recently purchased a new house and I needed shelves and cabinets installed before I could move in... I figured I might as well coat the floor while I was at it. The crew showed up (on time) to do the floor first. While the guys were prepping the floor Jay took measurements and showed me some samples and we went over my options. The next morning Jay emailed me some renderings which really helped me to envision how it was going to turn out. We set up an appointment for a couple days later to have the shelves installed. From start to finish they were so incredibly attentive, professional and simply gave us outstanding service. They first send out one of their team members to do a complimentary consultation. She took measurements of our garage and listened intently to what we were looking for. She then emailed us a 3D rendering of what we had asked for - just so that we were all on the same page. Once we received the 3D rendering and made the final decision for what we wanted, she then emailed us the estimate of the cost. Jay contacted me and we discussed what my goals were with my garage. He gladly came out to do a free estimate and gave me solid advice and spared the BS. After the estimate, I received a 3D rendering of what it would look like, along with the final costs. I agreed to get the work scheduled a couple weeks out. I opted to go with the flooring, in addition to the storage. Unfortunately, during the week of install, it was raining tremendously. Jay was on top of it and advised me we should do the flooring another day, because it doesn't work well with water.
