They quickly took my order and promised a delivery date one week later. Well ... that date came and went with NO follow up call. I called about the order and given the run around. Again a "New" promise date was given one week later. Well... that date came and went again with NO follow up call. After I had repeatedly called about my order Jeff acted like my business was a hindrance and was not appreciated. I went from a TRASHED garage to one that looked BEYOND amazing in a short 3 days! (I intentionally waited a few months to see how my garage would hold up to our abuse before I left this review to see how the garage would hold up to everyday use!). From the initial quote, to 3D drawings, follow-ups, answering questions, confirming schedules, sending the flooring people, the cabinet people and then coming out again, I could not be any happier. My wife and I show off our garage to every visitor because the transportation alone is half the story. The other half is QUALITY! Found them on Craigslist so I wasn't optimistic but needed cabinets and their write-up was well written so I reached out... Emmerson got right back to me and stayed in-touch. We set up a time for him to come out and discuss the layout of the cabinets in our garage and he was collaborative with the design and helpful. He showed us several layouts and itemized pricing for each option. This clarity and extra work by showing us several options was a great touch. About 2 months ago we got our cabinets installed and it took me a bit of time to review just because I wanted to get everything organized and test out the weight, etc. Everything lives up to what they promised and more! They are priced well for the quality of material you get. - 3/4 Melamine - Aluminum shelf stiffeners & door pulls - Full 3/4" backs to make them rigid and strong - Mounting legs - Lots of color options (I went with timeless and simple white) I ordered my cabinets to my custom sizes and they were delivered with-in two weeks. I opted to do the installation myself and they went together quite well. All the parts fit just like they should. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
