WHILE USING HER WALKER. luckily another patron who saw what was happening helped her into line and made sure her food got cooked so she could eat. She was with her daughter who was helping her, but staff was VERY INSENSITIVE and watched her struggle to walk while our party helped. I'm leaving one star because people of color and handicapped people in the restaurant were refused help. Staff at this store would benefit from sensitivity training and basic customer service and people skills. Not to mention, I had to go to find someone to refill our drinks.
