This place was huge compared to the other stores in downtown. It was filled with locally-made items and food from the area and county. There were so many unique gifts and items here. We spent over an hour in the store browsing! My friend and I spent over 5 minutes talking to Patty in the food section listening to her talk about each vendor she personally worked with and knew. You could hear the passion in her voice when describing each item. The scones mix, she explained, took the chef over a year to perfect, the hot sauces, she knew every little detail. She was so knowledgeable and welcoming. In fact, all the employees we interacted with were so helpful. I've had Lundberg organic brown rice many times as they used to carry it at my Costco but I had no idea they made rice chips. One of the other employees said she went to high school with the Lundberg's kids! There were so many things I wanted to bring back home but couldn't. It will just warrant another trip up to Chico in the near future! Thank you to the staff here for making us feel so welcome on our first visit ever to Chico!

My husband spent over 20 years serving his country in the Coast Guard to be treated like he didnt matter. Hobby Lobby has made that perfectly clear that the Cosst Guard do not count. But at Americas 250th anniversary to get rid of their military appreciation, the constitution of the United States and pictures of our founding fathers are not as important as there paper party plates. I had the opportunity to finally pop in and see their store this weekend. It's in downtown Chico, lots of street parking, and a parking lot right next door also. Beautiful tree lined street, gorgeous building. This is where they do all their printing and there are several beautiful printing presses. I love that vibe. The store carries all of their card designs and some other knick knacks and gift items. A good place to find a unique gift and a gorgeous card.
