First and LAST TIME coming here. The place is a hole on the wall looks very dirty and not very clean. The food has NO TASTE at all. I got the Spicy Chicken Wings with Fried Rice that was not hardy fried at all, still very white with no taste to it. It's the best place in town to get Sweet and Sour Chicken/Pork from. It has a great menu with low prices. I know it's a looks like a random hole in a wall close to campus, but don't let that discourage you. Give them a call and pick yourself up a great quality meal for a fair price. This is my first time eating from this Chinese eatery. I will have to say they have great flavor. Nothing special about the menu but the flavor surely makes up for the lack there of on the menu. Also mind you the restaurant surely isn't picture perfect but keep in mind the your not eating the restaurant your eating the food. So try this local establishment out and enjoy the food. read more

Tasty Chinese food, generous portions, reasonably priced, SUPER FAST delivery! (...tonight's order arrived at my hotel room within just 15 minutes of placing my order! Wow!) :-) I recommend their Chicken Teriyaki Sticks, & Crab Rangoons (I ALWAYS order these along with a main course, such as Cashew Chicken). The last time I ordered from Orient Express, my Sweet and Sour Chicken arrived soggy and disgusting due to the steam from the bed of rice it sits upon collecting in the container. I called in this time and requested that they put the chicken in a separate container. I was told that it would cost extra. I asked how much extra, and he answered $0.25. I told him that would be fine. I didn't mind paying a quarter. I was then put on hold (for the second time since I had called), and he then told me plainly that they cannot put my chicken in a separate container. If a customer is willing to pay extra so that your poorly packaged food is still edible when it arrives, one would think a good business practice would be to accommodate. I'll order my Chinese food from a restaurant that has better people skills and business practices from now on. read more

Being a vegetarian, it's hard to find affordable,vegetarian restaurants. Chinese is usually a safe bet and Oriental Express delivers (literally). I had a pint of their vegetarian Lo Mein at $5.55 and was not disappointment with their generosity. Their noodles were a bit flavorless but duck and soy sauce easily made up for that. Their Beef and Broccoli is very good. It is hard to find decent sliced beef. We have ordered from here many times. But after what they did tonight, we wont be ordering from here anymore. We ordered take out but my boyfriend gave them the wrong card number by accident. (Two off his cards look so identical.) He called back to see if he could cancel the order or change the card that he paid with. The person who answered was rude and told him no. But he explained it was the wrong card. They proceeded to accuse him of using a stolen card ans hung up on him. When the delivery driver arrived, he asked to see my boyfriends ID at the request of the owners. They were still trying to say we used a stolen card. Which was not the case. The delivery driver was very nice and probably thw only one that works there who has any customer service skills. Also whoever usually answers the phone (sounds like a young chinese male) is very rude. You cannot hang up on a customer and expect business. Not professional at all. I will miss the beef amd broccoli, though. read more
