This is pricey, but it is the best! This is definitely the good Chinese restaurant in Statesboro. It is in a small venue in a strip mall with just a few tables, but all the food is excellent. The fried rice has many fixings. The main course is good. They make the food fresh and after you order, they tell you how long. Plus, can go to Dollar General in the same parking lot and get some necessities in the 10 to 15 minutes it takes for perfection. If you want some food for a party or you don't want to cook and want something fantastic, this is the place for takeout. All the food is amazing. It is super tasty. This is the one. This place food really really sucks. And I got chicken and broccoli it was not good. The price wasn't worth it and it was only $8-9. Do Not go here seriously u are better off eating a tire then this food. Service was just like any other Chinese place so it wasn't their attitude that made me give this rating it genuinely was the food. Honestly I used to like them. Coming from Savannah the change in food quantity has me in disbelief. I was recently given old food, and I honestly believe someone ate from my plate. My boyfriend was sent to pick up my food, he doesn't eat this kind of food because of his lifestyle. Very basic & for well traveled folks it's what you should expect from a small town in the bible belt. I've eaten to-go from here twice first order was kung pao shrimp very large n crisp veges w/large shrimp, the 3 stars are for the shrimp and egg drop soup. Second time egg drop soup and shrimp fried rice. My soup was bland and rice disappointing. I've never receive plastic ware and ask for condiment's because mine were never just given. So if your a starved college kid, too lazy too cook (me 2 a week), or sick from someone elses cooties but hangry, have at it. read more

Great for takeout. I always get the shrimp and broccoli with fried rice and general tsao sauce on the side, and I add peas and carrots plus a fried egg to the rice. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are great. The amount of food I get is always enough for 2 meals. read more

Food is good and always hot, and this place is very affordable. Most combination diners are $5-$7 dollars (without a drink). They're always busy but foods always ready in about ten minutes so that's helpful if you're in a hurry. read more

My FAVORITE place for Chinese food in S'boro! :-) & always one of my FIRST stops for food when I've been out of town for a while. The restaurant isn't fancy, just 20 simple seats at 5 simple tables, because most of their business seems to be To Go. Styrofoam serving containers, & plastic utensils. But I'm not there for the atmosphere, I'm there for the food! And the food is GREAT, portions are generous, & you can see the kitchen from the dining area, so nothing is hidden & there are no surprises! & the owners (a nice Chinese family) are the ones who are there taking your order & cooking your food! I've been in there at lunch time when the Health Inspector was doing her monthly inspection. She gave them the highest marks possible, AND THEN she ordered some lunch for herself! THAT speaks volumes about how well this place is run & how clean they keep the place. Even the Health Inspector eats there!! Lots of very affordable daily lunch specials, and anytime specials. Be sure to look at the menu AND check out the hand written "specials" signs on the walls. Bourbon Chicken, Lo Mein, Chicken or Pork w Chinese Vegetables, Shrimp w Broccoli, Spring Rolls, & the many Fried Rice offerings are some of my favorites! Ordered carry out around lunchtime and my food was ready in 10 minutes. Overall I was pleased with my meal. I had the Chicken and Broccoli with steamed rice. The Chicken was good quality and you get an appropriate amount of broccoli. My only critique was that the sauce was very oily. Price was good, they have all day specials for $5.75. Would try again. I even prefer Great Wall to Topps China, which most people consider the best Chinese in Statesboro. Price is better and chicken is better quality. read more
