The shop selection feels like it was personally made and selected for us (customers), those we gift too, and a beautiful home(s). The customer service is top tier and makes one return immediately! A Hidden Treasure in Uptown Whittier! I'm beyond thankful to Tyn at Onyx Nail Lounge for recommending this absolute gem -- Little Shed on Bright Street! I was in a rush, preparing for a 60th birthday party I was hosting, and didn't have a thing ready. Tyn told me to check out Little Shed and to ask for Amanda, and the rest is history! The moment I walked in, I was amazed. This cozy little shop has everything you could imagine -- beautiful decor, thoughtful gifts, and pieces that just make a house feel like home. Amanda was so kind and helpful, and you can tell how much love and care goes into curating every corner of this store. What makes this place even more special to me is that some of the decor I picked up for my great aunt's celebration is still with us -- even after she passed. Each item is handpicked by the Owner for US and I LOVE IT. This place is really cool. My fiance and I were looking for a special piece to hang on the biggest wall of our living room. We both love travelling so we thought a map of some sort would be cool. During our first visit to this shop, in which we bought some bar towels, soaps, and a deviled egg platter, we told the owners what we were looking for and they told us they would keep their eyes open for us. We gave them our contact info and within two weeks they called us and said they found a pretty cool map that used to be in one of those roll-up maps that we all had in our 5th grade class, and it had colors we were looking for, and it was classic, it was perfect! We gladly took it off their hands. Little Shed is a great shop for cool house and kitchen items, decor and they even take the time to find specialty items at estate sales and other venues to keep their customers happy. This review is a long time coming! My husband and I purchased our first house last Summer and wanted to get some interior decorating help, so I found Amanda and am SO lucky to have done so! She with the help of Rhett, guided my husband and I to choose some beautiful pieces of furniture (and all of this for a very reasonable price!). I never thought I could do so on a budget, but she truly helped us pick pieces of furniture that would have cost a lot more in store (Restoration Hardware style). I smile every time I look at my gorgeous dining table. Besides being a great help for your home decor needs, her shop is a little slice of heaven and has items you would be hard pressed to find anywhere.
