Have been here a couple times. I like it. You can get in a quick massage and stay clothed - which makes it a faster experience. Both times my masseuse had a great touch and I left feeling relaxed. Me and my fiancé came in here after we had a long hike!! I got the 45 minute combo, 30 minutes body, 15 minutes foot massage!! my therapist really took the time to massage every part!! I usually never get cracked and it's usually painful, but here it felt relaxing and i feel so great afterwards! I did like he even got my hands massaged, shoulders, neck and scalp!! Something others usually don't do, so this was a plus for me!! As for the foot portion of the massage, i was pretty nervous as i am very ticklish and do not like getting my toes cracked but he understood!! His hands were so soft , i was in heaven lol. He even wiped away the extra cream with a hot towel which really made it even more better! We still had time to kill, so after i got ready, i sat up and he gave me a quick shoulder massage to end it. 10/10. Will come here again!!!!! The best and most therapeutic massage place in Denver, enough so that I drive an hour to get worked on. If you don't understand Chinese massage techniques and reflexology, do not go here. If you want fluff and puff massage, go to a pricey spa. If you want a gentle relaxing foot rub, go to a pedicure place. But if you have body issues, scar tissue, or pain from being athletic, they will take the very best care of you, and yes, it can be intense as they work the kinks out, but the kinks will be gone afterwards and you'll be right back in tip top shape. The reviews mentioning tips...yeah, industry standard is 20%, more if you're like me and ALWAYS have exceptional massage work and appreciate the extremely good pricing. Every one of the therapists understands "less pressure," "more pressure," and harder or softer, so if you came in wanting a fluffy effleurage rub down instead of an actual therapeutic massage, you just need to communicate that to your therapist. I've been a regular here for over 10 years, and the one time I smelled cigarette smoke in my therapis's hands, I asked him if he would please wash them again, and not only did he honor my request, but he also paused the timer on my massage while he went and did that, AND apologized. My main therapists always wash their hands prior to touching me, as they have a restroom in the back, usually while I am taking off jewelry and getting on the table. While I can't speak for everyone, I know that I have always known they've stepped aside to wash their hands. You can also put your big boy or girl pants on and ask them to if you don't trust or feel that they did and they will. Anyone who goes for this type of massage and doesn't tip 20% or more doesn't understand the service industry or is just a tightwad, especially given that a 60 min massage anywhere else starts at $80+. Yea, it is in a mall. Yea, you can kind of hear the mall noise in weekends, but so what. If you want a room to yourself in a spa environment, go there and expect to pay a lot more for those extras. Me, I'd rather pay for the best massage, at the lowest price, be able to walk in without an appointment and rarely have to wait, and tip well, but I'm not an entitled tightwad. This is by far the most effective massage I've ever had. Do not be confused this is not a spa type massage and while it is relaxing it's more to get specific pain points and knots out. They massage you through your clothes so depending on what you wear can enhance or hinder the effectiveness. Only downside is it's not completely quiet as the massage is done in a group room setting. I have been to so many spas/ massage parlors but this place really gives you value for money. My wife and I were done shopping and were heading out the mall when we were approached by two of the staff members asking if we were interested in a massage, they were so timid and polite it drew us in just to enquire about pricing and packages. We saw the various specials which all seemed too good to be true. We signed up for the 50 min Reflexology foot massage which we were extremely pleased with. Thanks to the store owner/ manager (not sure) for facilitating our request because it meant them having to stay later than their closing time. Our masseuses were extremely polite, professional and efficient every step of the way, if you are in any job where you're on your feet all day I highly recommend getting this foot massage, their work is pretty extensive and they listen to what you want and need! This is the most insane BUT true story. My two sons and I go for a 30 minute table massage. After about 10 minutes my massage therapist ATTACKS (punching and wrestling) the massage therapist working on one of my sons!!! The fight falls onto my son and he jumps off his table. I have never used their services, the only encounters I have had with the employees is during my bathroom breaks at work. I have never seen a single employee wash their hands after using the bathroom. This has happened at least 5 times now. I have left a message with management but the practice continues.
