Came in because they had a sign for 10 min chair massage $15 dollars. Upon entering two women try and upsell me to an hour or combo. I decided on just 20 minutes for $30. The massage was not ok, the most annoying part was the women watching Chinese videos on their phone. It was not relaxing at all and kind on irritating. After massage the guys claims I owe him $50 and he did a 30 minute massage. I remind him it was $30 for 20 minutes. Then he carry on about not getting a tip. So I pull out some more cash, and guys takes it all and refuses to give change so I can decide on what tip I felt like giving. Ok today was not a good experience. Let me first explain that I was very dissatisfied with my foot massage this time done by the man. He hurt me several times and repeatedly rubbed with heavy pressure against my shin and around my ankle that caused me to jerk, flinch and pull away trying not to shout OUCH! This was going to go all unmentioned other than I knew I would NEVER have a massage by him again. Then when I went to pay I zeroed out the tip, totaled my service and signed the credit card receipt. Picked up my copy and said quietly good bye as I headed for the door to leave. The man stopped me and said "tip?" Which I replied no, no tip. Then the man proceeded to pull up google translate and had me repeat what I said to the voice command on his phone. " No tip" I softly repeated, to not disturb the other client getting a massage. Then the man said "TIP" Where I then replied "No and this is rude for you to ask let alone demand a tip." The other client poked her head out from under her towel and said " you shouldn't have to ask for a tip" The man was not wanting me to leave so I said "what is going on? I have paid for the service I have received and I am leaving." Then a lady that I usually get my massage done by came out of a room, to understand what is happening. I explained to her, I was not happy with the massage I had today it was uncomfortable and I have paid for my service and he is asking for a tip. She apologized and said we will try to better next time. This was a very awkward ending to a not so pleasant experience and a very uncomfortable massage. Sorry to say but I will not be going back. Let's just be clear a tip is a gratuity for service received this amount is not ever a requirement but yet an extension of appreciation for a job well done. This was not the case today. Normally I am a very gracious tipper, above and beyond in most situations but not today. read more

Extremely impolite and unprofessional. We assumed we were entering for a foot massage, but upon walking through the UNLOCKED door, we were immediately confronted by two women working on two clients right in the lobby. One of them instructed us to "take a card, call later," and had to repeat herself as we didn't understand her initially. There was no indication that an appointment was necessary. I'm relieved we didn't proceed as it appears they conduct massages right in the lobby, which seems quite suspicious. I would not attempt to visit this place again. read more

I visited this massage place again last Sunday. The place was quiet with two female workers there. I got my one hour foot massage by someone i think might be new to this field. First she did a head massage by pulling my hair. After the foot massage, she had me turned over and worked on my back. However she often missed my back muscle and pushed on my spine. She also pinched to my hair while massaging my neck. Overall, it wasn't a good experience. I think this place is going downhill. read more

We are well experienced with foot massage places in the SF Bay area. They follow the same basic routine here that they do everywhere, except that they use so little pressure that it is entirely ineffective. Very little English is spoken, so trying to communicate will only cause confusion. If you come here, translate the phrase, "More pressure" into Chinese and have it ready to show it to them on your phone. I didn't think of this until later, so I got a lame massage. read more

My parents went here last week to use the gift certificate given by my son for their Christmas gift and they refused to accept it, because whoever sold the gift certificate to my son didn't sign it! My husband enjoyed his Foot/ Body massage with Angelina and would go back. I'm not sure I would. I'm hurting the next day . Between my shoulders and neck. While hanging out in Morro Bay for Halloween, I ended up walking in for a very inexpensive massage. $15 an hour. I have to admit, I went in not expecting much however, I ended up enjoying my session. The gentleman who was assigned to me, had good hand strength and was able to use brute force to work out the knots I got, from the drive up the coast. Keep in mind, everyone is different. I prefer deep pressure and he was able to deliver. Place is tiny and as usual with massage joints - dimly lit. I believe it was four or five chairs all lined up next to one another. It's not a luxury spa and it's not a sports therapist but for $15, I wasn't go to and I'm not complaining. read more

The people who give the massages have bad breath. Plus they talk loudly amongst themselves in Chinese when you are trying to relax. There must be new management or new owners because I used to really like this place and the value it offers. Tourists come in and leave the door open; someone's cell went off. What an amazing foot and body massage I had from Angelina. She has very strong hands and really made my body feel weightless.

I reviewed their other location on Morro Bay Blvd, but my experience at this one has been hands down a very good experience as well and wanted to support them here, too. It's becoming my favorite one. The chairs are newer and a bit more comfortable, and they have private rooms rather than a row of beds separated by sheets. The experience is much the same, head, face, and neck massage going to extremities and if you do a full body as well, you'll switch to the room, disrobe, cover yourself with a provided soft towel and get a dry, oil, and stone massage. They aren't just relaxing - the masseuses clearly know what they are doing and the zero in right into what you need and expertly take care of it. I ALWAYS feel 100% better after going and make it a regular practice. Tip well. Remember these people work hard. read more

I had Nancy and my son had Lock. This was his first and for 30 mins they literally massage your whole body. They start with your head, face then put your feet in a hot bath and get started on your feet and legs. I asked my girl to be strong and even had to ask to do it harder. She did. The only thing I didn't like was that the two of them chatted a lot of the time while massaging instead of being quiet. The music was also too upbeat for a massage. I really liked it but it was not relaxing enough. I guess that's two isn't it? Other than that, they were sweet, accommodating and luckily we were the only two in there. They turn you over after they do your feet and legs, and get your back and push on your shoulders a bit and press on the back of your legs. They did pound at the end a lot which I don't like but all in all it was fantastic and for 30$ each for an Hour? Wow. Totally worth every penny. I have to say I was waiting to see if they were going to cut the massages short since they started about 20 mins later than our scheduled appt. because the girl had stepped out so he got us set up until she got back.
