An OK massage place! Be prepared for noise, and to be essentially harassed for a tip at the end. I won't be returning, but maybe you will! I called to book a 90-minute deep tissue massage, however they did not ask my name or really even care to confirm my visit time, so I thought ok fine, I'll just show up and hope for the best! Once I arrived I was kindly greeted, asked about my preferences and led into a nice, but somewhat "central" massage room. I am VERY used to receiving massages, but somehow this whole operation seemed a little rushed. Once I was on the massage table, my masseuse was very kind, asking questions to ensure I was comfortable, and provided a very nice massage session. However, these massage rooms are barely "rooms", and you can hear every patron entering, leaving, paying, talking, and even the music from the neighboring restaurants in the shopping center. My masseuse did his best to create a relaxing environment, utilizing a space heater and creating some white noise, but it was ultimately overshadowed by the staff having to speak from room-to-room to eachother mid-session, to ensure other patrons needs were being met. That being said, it was a nice massage. I was relaxed and felt great, until it came time to check-out... My 90-minute massage was fair, and cost $92, as advertised. Upon trying to leave a cash tip (I thought $10 would suffice) after paying by card. I was basically told that my tip amount was insufficient and that I would need to swipe my card again. Feeling bad, I did, only for the masseuse to FILL OUT HIS OWN determined tip on the iPad--an extra $15. I was honestly so taken aback that I didn't truly realize how violating it was until I left the building. It made the whole experience feel very scam-like, and unfortunately I don't plan to return, but if anyone reading this does want to give Panda Massage a try, do NOT let yourself be conned into tipping more than you feel appropriate! read more

They were way too pushy about having the male masseuse do my massage when I very specifically told them I only wanted a woman to do it. Since they kept being pushy I told them I would just leave and that's what they decided to let the woman do it. It was a horrible massage. The rooms are paper thin, the sheets are towels, it honestly just was not a relaxing massage whatsoever. Will not be returning. read more

Extremely hard and painful, heels digging into my back muscles. I let it happen with my fists through the pain while remaining relaxed cuz i thought that was how this type of massage was meant to be. The service at this place is excellent. I called them inquiring about a pregnancy massage, which they do offer and will be available within 20 mins. I got there 30 mins later and was immediately provided with a room and made comfortable. My masseuse was Emma and she did a great job alleviating the tightness and soreness I felt in my lower back, hips, and thighs. Called in for 2 massages and was able to get an appointment for the same day. The outside does say foot spa so keep that in mind but there is a panda on the outside window to help identify it :). With covid they don't have massages in the same room anymore. One thing to note was that me and my partners massages were different. I got a hot stone massage while my partner did not. Personally my masseuse which I presume was the owner was great and reassuring as she kept checking in on me. However she did have to take the phone a few times as well as check on the outside when someone walked in. I definitely suggest calling ahead for an appointment. read more

I spoke with the owner to inform her that I set a couples massage appt for or my son and his girlfriend as it was her 21st Birthday! and she said she would include hot stones during their massage as a birthday bonus. That was very thoughtful. I asked her how I can pay for it and she guided me to the website and informed me that I can purchase a gift card online in which I did. I was able to send the gift card to her email for today. After their massage, my son called me to tell me that they enjoyed it very much and gave them a 10 out of 10!! I wish I can give this place a good review like what everyone is saying. My husband and I went here because we were in the area for our honeymoon and wanted to relax for a little bit. This is the list of reasons why we were NOT satisfied with this place. 1) We were told we would be able to do at couples massage meaning (same room). That is the reason why we went here and not a different place because no one was doing a couples massage. But when we got there, the split us due to covid precautions. Understandable but why didn't they tell us over the phone? 2) My husband was directed to another room and so was I. I was able to start right away. But my husband waited for almost 25 mins for his massage. He was told to take his shirt off so he was sitting in the room alone and cold expecting a massage soon but took almost 25 mins to start. 3) We have asked for half body (30 mins), half foot (30 mins). Funny thing... they massaged my body & face not my foot. And they massaged my husband's body & foot not his face. They used hot stones for me but not my husband. 4) Despite of our uneven massage, and my husband needing to wait. We were expected to pay $60 each. Their couples massage rate was $90 it's a 10% off deal as well on their massage menu. But since we were separated it's an individual price. Which I personally think is unfair because we were originally expecting and told we we're getting a couples massage. PS. There's credit card charges, there's no sign or anything regarding this extra charge. IF you do go here, which idk why. But plz bring cash. Don't spend extra for card charges. It was frustrating. My friend and I went to Panda as walk-ins and after we selected our service, we were taken to the back right away. I selected the 60 mins foot combo massage. I had Kevin as my masseuse and he was amazing. I laid down in a chair first where I received my foot and head massage, then was moved into a private room where he worked on my neck, back, arms, and hands. He worked out all of my kinks and was very respectful as well. I had pulled my neck earlier that day and I was able to move it the following morning. I will definitely be going back soon. read more

I came here on a whim. I use to go to Happy Feet until they changed ownership and she would answer the phone while massaging you. When I entered it smelled of cigarettes smoke lingering from the back door. The door I went into was rigged with tape but the door still closed. I had a great 90 minute massage by the man. It was one of the best I've had since I saw Lucy at Happy feet. My massager smelled of cigarettes though. When he was massaging my face, his hands reeked of cigarettes so I held my breath during that part. After it was done I was very pleased. When I came to register, I re-confirmed the price for the 90 mins. I had cash so I gave a 25% tip and asked for change from my cash. He looked disappointed and sighed and said only a little bit. It caught me off guard. I even recalculated on my tip app. It was correct. So after that incident, I don't think I'll be returning. Made me feel uncomfortable. I think a 25% tip was plenty for my experience and nothing to complain to me about. 4 stars because I enjoyed my massage but not the cigarette smell and the way he acted at the end towards me.
