The web site has a Gentleman's Spa Day package. 5 star reviews and a phone call later, it was set up. Melissa thought of everything, it could not have been a more splendid experience. Herbal tea on arrival, one hour gentle massage from Don, a foot soak and a light lunch, manicure (his very first), pedicure (his feet never looked better) and facial from Melissa, Dad practically floated home. He loved every minute, was still floating 2 days later. As he wrote us: "It's luxurious, yes, but also therapeutic, a body healing. Medicare should include it." And I suspect he will be back. And we are so grateful.

After a few years of having no clue where to go and who to trust, I found Peace of Mind and Angela. Living with fibromyalgia and arthritis the past 25 years has been challenging. After praying for some way to find some "peace of mind," I opened the Atascadero magazine to an article about Piece of Mind massage therapy. A few days later I dropped the magazine on my way to the trash. It landed open to the same page on Piece of Mind. Now the message had my attention and I called and scheduled an appointment. Once there, I explained to Angela my current physical, emotional and mental condition. After just one hour of her massage therapy, I left her feeling much lighter and with some piece of mind I've prayed for several years to find. Andrea's got a special knowledge of bodywork that separates her from the rest. I got a massage and the facial after. It was SUCH a relaxing and nourishing experience for me. I am processing some old wounds of mine on the emotional spiritual level for the last year, and she handled my tears ever so gracefully and helped me release. I would highly recommend her!! also she called me and got me in earlier due to a cancellation. I really appreciated that. Do plan to drink lots of water and rest after :)) I slept so good that night I didn't move around normal, which at my age, can mean you wake up with body aches but I did not. I have seen Andrea numerous times in the past 4 or 5 months. I originally saw her for a fully body massage. Don't let her small stature full you! Her deep tissue massage is awesome. On my first visit I mentioned I had continuing issues with my jaw (TMJ - Temporomandibular Joint Disfunction). She suggested I try her facial massage, and I am so glad I did. I've had the massage 3 times and my jaw feels better than it has in years! I have visited both Peace of Mind locations, and they are serene and inviting. Andrea gave me a divine 90 minute massage. Her space is relaxing, calm and immaculate. She incorporated hot stones, aromatherapy and some deep tissue work.
