There was "no crunch and no tang", my son said. The only redeeming thing I found it that the food is cooked to order and is ready in 5-10 minutes while you wait. However, there is no place to sit down so you have to take the food home or to your office to eat it. But then it gets cold by then which makes the flavor even more mediocre.
