I was able to sleep that night & still felt good next AM . Did 45 minute massage BUT in 45 minutes Micheal could accomplish more than other massage therapist accomplished in 2hours. I never felt rushed just felt Heavenly. I've been in pain for 45++ years & I get massages usually weekly But only get Relief while I'm actually being worked on .
