The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I booked a 60 min Chinese Tui Na Massage. This massage is not for the "faint of heart" people. They use their whole body to massage/stretch you--fingers, hands, elbows, forearms, knees, feet, etc.--sometimes up on the table with you using the pressure of their bodies. My masseuse (Erica) was strong for her petite frame and the pressure was spot on (I am also a petite person). She found the knots and kinks in my back and worked them until they were pliable. The price is absolutely reasonable. $60 for one hour. Tips are a MUST in my opinion as they clearly work very hard at their craft. I'm DEFINITELY going back for regular massages and ecstatic I found a great spot in Omaha that does massages for relief and not just relaxation. When I specifically told her on the phone that the service I had accidentally chose was NOT something I wanted. She never refunded they money after several messages back and forth. Because of her knowledge and skill I utilized her talents while healing from 2 foot surgeries in one year. I was in a walking boot for 8 weeks for the 1st surgery and 6 weeks for the second surgery. My calves and shoulders were always so sore from compensating my gait for the boots that it was very hard to function. Within minutes of Jamie beginning work on my muscles I could feel a world of difference. Her technique and knowledge is spot on. During one session she could even tell that there was something wrong with my rotator cuff and recommended I see a therapist. She was right and I had therapy for 10 weeks. Regardless of personal relationship, I highly recommend Massage and Spa by Jamie Richardson. I have not been compensated for this review, I believe in this young woman's skills.

We didn't realize gift cards expired so when mine expired I was told in order to use it I had to pay half of the amount ($35) so now were looking at $105 plus tip for a 60 minute massage (I pay $50 at Davis for a deep tissue) . The gift card is now pointless to me as I'm not going to pay more just to use it. It's unfortunate but it's what happened to me. Watch your expiration as mine was only good for 4 months. I feel like when they're a gift they defenitly shouldn't expire considering some people buy gifts early and if they do expire it should be plenty of time 6 + months.
