When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told to go to their other location about 20 minutes away (which was fine) since they couldn't do all the testing or labs or whatever for a full annual? (idk) at this Brookhaven location that's by my home. The lady I spoke on the phone with had to even keep on repeating and spelling out their collier location since I couldn't understand her, so Im VERY sure I was told to go to the collier location. I drive to their collier location for my appointment and they said my location was scheduled for the Brookhaven location. I drive all the way back to the Brookhaven location (an hour has passed now) and nicely express my concerns and questions about being sent to the wrong location because i wouldn't be able to make my next appointment if i now have to wait again to be seen. The lady at the desk was very dismissive and even rolled her eyes at me saying "oh well i dont know what to tell you about that". I understand mistakes happen, but this lady at the front desk was so rude and unfriendly when i was nothing but kind. I canceled my appointment and will be taking my service elsewhere.

Why ask people to arrive 15 minutes early?? They have my insurance info; I had been there a few months earlier- but they didn't run it correctly so I had to wait 30 extra minutes for them to run insurance. Again- really like the doctors- but you need patience to deal with the office staff.

Insufficient seating for the million clients coming in and out but we waited in the car. 80's - 90's soft rock plays in the background. It's a clean environment where everyone wears masks. Which is great cause some were there for covid tests and others had preexisting conditions. REGISTRATION/COST Registration available online and via phone but I used paper and a pen. $40 copay with United insurance. SERVICE Slow. We were given a 1 hour wait but it was packed! Actual wait was about 1.5 hours but worth it. Nurse practitioner Tiffani was warm & personable. Dr. Marissa Shaw was compassionate and effective. It was a quick visit but Dr. Shaw gave good advice, treatment, follow up paperwork, referrals and a prescription. Honestly it felt more like a PCP visit than urgent care! Only negatives were the wait time and the fact that Walgreens had no record of the prescription. VERDICT I highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care and particularly Tiffani and Dr. Shaw.

I've had physical therapy elsewhere and I can honestly say both of these guys are great! They helped me recover nicely from both a shoulder and a knee injury that I acquired in the same accident. They are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. They, along with the receptionist Marion, have positive attitudes and are very kind. I always felt very welcomed there. I enjoyed being there and will go back, if necessary, in the future.
