I also purchased a three-for-five dollar deal and was given three of the same flavors by mistake. I had to turn around to go back to exchange them only to get greeted like I was trying to do some shady deal or something. The not very helpful employee (if he was my employee I've fired him) announced that he didnt know how that could happen since he did put in three different flavors. Was I lying? I brought the three in that I'd just purchased ten minutes ago. They sure know how to make a customer feel like crap.

All are really cool if you buy a stick you can smoke. You dont have to smoke what you buy there. He came out to us our first time there after being recommended by their other store. He comes out and tell us we can't smoke other cigars there. We said really no signs anywhere. He says yeah you dont bring food into a Restaurant do you. We looked at each other and said well this is not a Restaurant. But after spending almost $100 bucks on sticks and was gonna buy a 10 cigar Herfador this Duche lost all of our business and our Friends. We go out 3 times a week and spend at least $100- $200 each. We will not be back. The other places are much more Hospitable and the staff are not ---holes.
