When me and my family went our food was amazing everything was right nothing was wrong we had great Customer service from Jaqueline. We went back to ask for sauce and peppers and kept forgetting things and she was still professional and extremely kind and the restaurant was kept clean and sanitized. Before I posted this I tried to reach out to the corporate office directly, to my surprise there website is down and the corporate # is wrong so no way to get in contact with the corporate office. I wonder why that is? I can only suspect because quality and service is going down hill. Here is my story: 9-1-18. My daughter and I went in for lunch. Order a double cheese burger combo with chili fries and a double cheese burger separately. So we get our food first bit in mine and it fall apart bun was stale, I will live through it with a fork. Daughter takes a bite only to find out she was given a single not a double,could not tell at first because of the chilli. So she Take a it back and the first young lady was polite and apologetic and says she will take care of it. Here is where it goes south, the cook lady is not going to have it and asked if we looked at the receipt which we did, but there receipt only give you your total no information on what you purchased. So she looks it up and says we only paid for a single, ok fair enough so we paid the difference. So annoyed, the cook lady says she'll give us another one. The cook lady come out with another burger and we sit down to eat only to find out all she did was lift the bun off and throw on another hamburger patty and and turn the burger around with the bitten side hidden to the back of the wrapper. So now I go up to the counter and tell her to make a fresh double burger like we originally ordered. Then she said something in Spanish which I did not understand, just then the store manager walks up and ask if everything was and I explained to him what had just happened. I then asked if this was store policy which he replied to no it's not. No apology no sorry for the inconvenience nothing. We now get the third burger and it is a mess thrown together very sloppily. Now we all know Tommy is a sloppy Burger anyway which is to be expected but this was ridiculous. So to recap: 1) your receipt does not show your itemized order so there's no way for you to know if the amount is correct or not. 2) then when you complain the order is not correct they take it out on your corrected order with an attitude. 3) Then the little issue there is no customer's service form to share your experience with the corporate office. 4) won't be going back have lost a lifelong customer. read more

Sorry I do not get it the burger was awful I got the mega combo which was $15,00 I wish they showed the price I almost died seeing my bill and to think that this burger was worse than a AM PM burger the meat tasted like it had been in a steamer absorbing the water it was disgusting sand they way they break down the bill $4.95 for the chili fries in a tiny boat ( The thing fries come in ) the Chili was disgusting like hot dog Chili and not a rich meat chili ,I am so Thankful there Is Red Robin and Doublez if you want Chile Fries go there you get a ton of fries and real cheese and meat chili ....Tommys sorry just will not be back . read more

You can not go wrong with the original Tommy's chili burger. I have been to different Tommy's location all over Socal, and this one doesn't disappoint. The chili burgers are the best with their generous amount of toppings. My wife loves the chili boat, and the fries area great compliment. read more

But this one in palmdale is so special; its a small town, the staff is super friendly, offer you everything you might need (ex:chili peppers, napkins, forks, etc) They're the best!! I've been enjoying Tommy's for a while since I just to live at a walking distance from the Tommy's at Rampart/Beverly. But last night a had a little of a reality check with Tommy's prices. I bought a #1 meal (double cheeseburger, fries and a large drink then the girl in intercom asked my if a wanted something else, I decided to get a large shake and chili cheese fries. When I got the total I couldn't believe that my meal # 1 meal that was price at $9.00 had jumped to $19.44 So I a said to my self maybe there was a mistake, I knew that the price it would increase, but I didn't think I would jump for more than $10.00 of the original price but yes It did, when I got to the window they told me that their meals not longer have a discount they're just regular prices add up to make it look like a discount meal. I was thinking there hamburgers are good but for that price, I could've go to Marie Callender's and have a better meal. So I said to the girl at window, thank you for your help but Tommy's prices just made realize that I could have a better meal at a lower prices than Tommy's read more

This place is like any Tommy's out there! Great burgers, great quick service, and you get the food fairly fast. The burgers are overstuffed with Chili, which is great because their chili, hands down is one of the best chili's i've ever had. This place, to me ranks in the top 3 best burger joints. Tried this place after a couple of coworkers that used to live in socal kept telling me about it. I ordered a double and the chili fries like I was suggested. The burger has chili in it, if I had realized that I would have asked for it without. I am not a fan of chili on burgers or dogs because you can't taste the actual burger. The burger itself is actually on par with most other burgers at the same price point. The star at this joint is obviously the chili. For $3.45 you get an order of fries loaded with chili (I believe there was also a slice of cheese somewhere in there). I'm not saying it was the best chili that I've ever had, it was on the greasy side for my taste but hey it's not like you're coming to this place to eat healthy. They aren't the best burgers that I've ever had either but chilli cheese fries ARE my all-time favorite junk food and I can totally see how someone might get addicted to this place. And this best burger I eat at the Palmdale location right of the 14 freeway . Jenny and the other girls and the manager the senior guy went out of the way. To make prefect and fast . Ok I decided that today I would try Tommy's again to see if it was just a bad day the last time I was here. Just to review, the last time I was here the chili had a very strong flour taste to it like they were using it to thicken the chili. Well I'm here to report that it wasn't any better this time. The chili was very thick and still had the strong flour taste to it. So this is the last time I will be coming here. I like chili burgers and chili fries but it has to have a good flavor to it and not taste like uncooked flour. I'm not sure why they changed the recipe from what I remember but its way thicker then I remember and has a strong flour taste. Chili Cheeseburger & Chili Hotdog was ok, nothing too special. The french fries were average. The chili could use a little more flavor in my opinion. Overall not a bad spot to stop and grab a bite. read more

This Tommy's is terribly slow I would come more often but the drive through is terrible I often go to the one on rosco it is excellent the one in Palmdale is not timely maybe I'm just frustrated I had to wait in the drive through so long but there chilly is not as good as the one on rosco by Budweiser read more
