Got seated right away when she arrived as there were plenty of open tables. Was seated in a high traffic area next to the bar. I had the majority of the dish and even had some leftovers. The food was served hot and very quickly. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I would say that the only thing that stopped me from giving Otto's a 5 star was the cost of the breakfast, it was like 27 bucks for two eggs, hashbrowns and bacon with a drink. This will not keep me from revisiting Ottos but just be aware of the cost. I would recommend a visit.

The mild flavor has a good amount of flavor without the overloading flame of heat. I also appreciated how the rub on the chicken wasnt powdery. The fries were good even when cold. The floors looked like they hadn't been attended to in quite some time, nothing appeared to have been wiped down, the lids and other supplies were not stocked. Overall, the cleanliness was an F-. The employee who took our order was friendly to customers, but once customers walked away, the atmosphere completely changed. Employees were loudly BSing with each other in the back, and the cashier and especially one of the women in the back were so loud that it sounded like they were partying at someone's house. It was extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a restaurant. It's not surprising that the place was practically empty. Then came the food. We ordered two medium heat meals and one hot. My medium was VERY spicy!! So spicy that my family tried my chicken and immediately noticed how much hotter it was. My husband ordered hot and somehow my medium was significantly hotter than his hot. Either they were switched or there is no consistency with the spice levels. All of our fries were cold and my daughter's macaroni and cheese was also cold. My husband received roughly half the amount of fries that I did, although, it didn't matter because the fries weren't good anyway. We were excited when Palmdale finally got an Angry Chickz. We've been going to the Bakersfield location on Gosford for years and have never had a bad experience there. We came to this location with high expectations, and unfortunately, this location has fallen very short. The food quality, temperature, portion consistency, cleanliness, and employee behavior all need serious improvement. Management needs to get this location under control. At this point, we will stick with the Bakersfield location.
