1st time here, the service was good. I ordered the Pastrami, it was smaller than expected the flavor was good. We also ordered the Bacon and Egg Burger combo, the burger was really good. This place opened up near my area and I was very excited to have a Mexican food place close by. Not dissapointed! The food is so delicious! My personal favorite thing to order is either a torta ahogada with green sauce or when I'm not too hungry I like their "dirty fries ". I brought my grandma there to eat and she has been going there to grab a bite here and there ever since. Now a few more members of my family like to stop by and order food as well. I'd also like to add that this place is family owned and operated. You've probably seen some reviews say that they miss the old business and owner. Well it's NOT the same business and NOT the same owner. This new owner has included mexican food into the menu. it's no longer just a burger joint. And don't complain about having to pay extra for condiments, it's a family owned business. Places like McDonald's charge for extra of anything as well. Stop attacking your local family owned businesses. read more

This was my first visit to them and so far the food is good, The reason I didn't give it five stars is honestly I don't like that the drinks are only one size and they charge $3 for it and it's kind of a small size If you're going to charge me that much for a drink I would at least expect a large. But other than that the food it actually is pretty good The rice and beans it's $4 for a single serving You don't get a lot that's a little downside as well but they do taste good now keep in mind they make their own rice and beans So what I like about them is that they don't taste like everybody else's rice and beans it's got a unique flavor to it and I like it, I also got their steak quesadilla they just put steak and cheese nothing else you get a little lettuce and a sour cream on the side and they give you options of different salsas red green spicy not spicy the steak quesadilla is good, It is definitely something you could probably split between two people if you guys aren't starving but it's definitely a meal if you just have it by itself. So I never give a bad review... but this place sucked! I use to love this place back when it was Rio's Burgers... but now it's under new ownership. I got the Bacon Avocado Burger combo and a pork tamale.... the burger was so soggy and greasy that it literally fell apart after one bite! Half the fries were raw and the other half were stale! And the tamale was horrible! The masa was so dry! The top end of the tamale was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it! The pork inside was severely over cooked! This place better get their act together or it will be out of business soon! read more

I want to start off by saying that Rio's Burgers is completely gone. I feel that this place is horribly overpriced and they charge you for extras. I use to love coming to Rio's Burgers because they made amazing, juicy burgers and their seasoned fries were the best. But IT IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND IT'S taken a nose dive for the worse. When it was Rio's Burgers, I didn't have to ask for ketchup, ranch, spicy peppers, because it came in a nice container as sides. If you want condiments they charge you $.50 cents each. The bacon cheeseburger was ok. Nothing special, I don't like that they put a huge slice of raw onion. So keep that in mind if you don't want to bite into a thick onion. I took it out. Moving onto the fries. The fries aren't seasoned, they are deep fried in the same oil that they fry their fish in which to me is so dang disgusting. These fries had that fishy taste afterwards. Money wasted here because I absolutely hate fish and it should not be near my fries. Skip this place and just go to another burger joint that is literally down the street. Sorry guys, it truly does seem that Rio's Burgers is gone. read more

Went there today, there was one car in front of me. I was waiting in the drive-thru lane and they told me they would get to me in a moment. I waited 30 mins. No one has checked to see if I needed help or if I had put my order in. The car in front of me left so I pull up to the window and there is no one in sight. Waited 15 minutes, still no one is there. Then a lady tells me she will be right with me...still waited 10 mins more so I left. Waited almost an hour for them not to take my order. Very disappointed, very likely to not go back. read more

We have come here a few times. Their burgers are absolutely delicious!! Their tamales were good. French fries are out of this world, crisp and delicious. Their chili cheese fries are bomb!!!! Onion rings are fabulous, love the batter!! Also have tried their carne asada tacos, for $1.25 ea they are phenomenal!!!!!!!! Definitely recommend this place. I had been coming to this spot for the simple reason that I love to support "mom & pop" shop's, God Bless America! However I noticed that every time I came when the mother was working the window at the drive thru, she would ALWAYS find little fee's to charge me for any little condiment. I mean I understand that a business needs to make every little penny to stay open, but if you don't take care of your customers with AMAZING customer service then your business will not remain open for long. With that being said the last time I went to the restaurant I had requested if I can change my order to a different meal, due the fact that they "couldn't", with no reason as to why even though I had asked. Then I had asked if I can just cancel my order and then the mother said "well your meal is already cooked", so you need to pay". Growing up my family owned a business and my father would ALWAYS tell my siblings and I that if "you are a family business then your customer service needs to be above and beyond that of all other the food chains." This was because a family business lives and dies from their customers. We would even give away free samples knowing that by doing this yes we would lose some money on products but ultimately if you had given AMAZING customer service there would be HUGE chance that the customer would return and spend more money at your place. THIS WOKED every time and our family business thrived! I will maybe come back someday ONLY if the customer service proves that it will improve, and if it doesn't then I will write a lot worse reviews with one stars. Have a nice day! read more
