They had several weeks to have it in hand. The day I made the last payment I got the run around about it taking 10 days to get the title from "the bank". When I finally got the title, I asked for their copy of the key. They couldn't find it. Then they said the bank must have had it somewhere separate from the title. Two weeks later, still no key. They expect me to believe a bank lost the key! I have dealt with some crappy car lots before, but this is the worst by far. If you enjoy getting the shaft, over paying and not getting everything that is rightfully yours this is the place to go. I will NEVER send anyone there.

We brought our car in early morning for brake pads. It is now the next day, we still have no update. We've been calling for over an hour with no answer from anyone in the service department. Delays on repairs can happen, that's understandable. But not communicating with customers, especially when they're without a vehicle, creates real problems for work, school, and daily responsibilities. This isn't the first time I've run into this with the shop. After avoiding the service department for several years, I was hoping things had improved. It seems the lack of competition in the area has made it too easy for these issues to continue. I genuinely hope leadership takes this feedback seriously, because better communication alone would make a huge difference in the customer experience.

I only write reviews that I am utterly compelled to, and after spending weeks going through the car shopping fiasco, meeting many wonderful and terrible people, Zaki was the star that outshined them all.
