The truck was too big for my purpose around town. I owned two Honda's in the past, great vehicles. Passed by the lot one day just to see what is on the lot. There it was, the car I had been looking for months. The Honda Pilot SUV. I was greeted professionally and courteously. These people were great to do business with. Traded my truck in and drove off the lot with the Honda, Easy Peasy... A few days later my battery died. I called the dealer and they came out right away. Gave me a jump start and told me to go to the auto store they will buy and install the new battery. I was impressed and the Manager was getting his hands dirty to install it. I don't know to many managers that would do that for a customer. If you are buying a used car look it over good and ask service questions. You will have minor issues and hick-ups. Do not be a Marti and complain of your vehicle. Look it over good and test drive it before you buy !!!!!

But when the motor blew a year in, the attitude we received was "Oh well". They would not sell us a second car, even if we paid in full in cash on the spot, even though we never stopped paying for the one broke down. We were way too far in not to pay it off and just fix it and they knew it. When I was only a few hundred dollars from paying it off, they acted all sketchy about the title. They had several weeks to have it in hand. The day I made the last payment I got the run around about it taking 10 days to get the title from "the bank". When I finally got the title, I asked for their copy of the key. They couldn't find it. Then they said the bank must have had it somewhere separate from the title. Two weeks later, still no key. They expect me to believe a bank lost the key! I have dealt with some crappy car lots before, but this is the worst by far. If you enjoy getting the shaft, over paying and not getting everything that is rightfully yours this is the place to go. I will NEVER send anyone there.

We brought our car in early morning for brake pads. It is now the next day, we still have no update. We've been calling for over an hour with no answer from anyone in the service department. Delays on repairs can happen, that's understandable. But not communicating with customers, especially when they're without a vehicle, creates real problems for work, school, and daily responsibilities. This isn't the first time I've run into this with the shop. After avoiding the service department for several years, I was hoping things had improved. It seems the lack of competition in the area has made it too easy for these issues to continue. I genuinely hope leadership takes this feedback seriously, because better communication alone would make a huge difference in the customer experience.
