The technician took the time to carefully inspect and treat inside and outside the house, while explaining what he was looking for, what he found and how he was treating the problem. My wife and I had termite service for our home. We met up with the sales man Colon. I felt really good with him explaining to me that we didn't have termites in our kitchen. I saw wings and automatically assumed that we did. It was just flying ants. Than Mr. Colon noticed some kind of activity in one of our bathrooms. He told me that we would need to have our home treated. He went over the plan of $3,700 for 5 years. After we talked I took the 1 year treatment and paid $2,506. We met up with Brandon. He very nice and personable. I showed him some point of interest, and he told me that our home didn't have termites. I have nothing but respect for these guys. Honest, and reliable from start to finish. My wife and I decided to go ahead with the treatment even though we didn't need it. Better to be safe that sorry, and gives us a piece of mind. After the work was completed. Brandon went over everything that he did. Told us that he didn't even find any damage under our home ( We have a mobile home. ) I feel so much better knowing that we are safe, and now so is our home. I would highly recommend this company. On December 15 I called to reschedule an appt but was told I couldn't bc everyone was going on vacation and had no other choice. I told them since I couldn't reschedule I couldn't pay both bills immediately upon the visit. The woman on the phone said "that's fine" you will just pay the previous amount when the guy comes to spray and you can pay the remaining balance on the first. Guy comes and I pay the previous balance and I'm then immediately charged for the remaining balance. I call them and ask what happened to our arrangement and they denied setting the arrangement up in the first place. Straight lied! And fraudulently charged my sister's card twice when she only approved one payment. Never again! read more

I've never been compelled to leave a public one-star review about a company before this. The Orkin Kissimmee office: - missed an appointment without notifying me whatsoever - did not answer their phone about the missed appointment - did not return my voicemail about the missed appointment (claimed phone issues) - never sent me a bill, but then sent me an overdue notice (They have a card on file that they did not attempt to charge.) - placed me on what they called a "brief hold" (20 minutes) and then hung up on me without ever speaking to me Please consider using other pest control companies. Keep in mind when you call to start service, you speak to a far more competent call center than when you have service issues or want to cancel. read more

Honestly not a good company, I wasted money for a whole year and never got rid of my problem. i currently have 2 account with Orkin, I called on the month on May of 2020, during the time that I lost my job and cancelled the services on 1113 Murat Place. the 2nd reason I cancelled this service was because I informed the company that the house is empty and is been completely remodel. ZI received an invoice in the month of November, I called twice and I was told that someone was going to look into it. I called again today and left a message. Someone call me back and stated that there is nothing they can do about that bill, but also she told me that I suspended the service when I really cancelled. Why I will keep services in a vacant property that is on completely under construction. I express my disappointment and express that maybe I should look into another company to service my home in Orlando. All Orkin had to say was to go ahead and cancel all my account, if I desire. I am not a person to write reviews and if I do they usually good experience but with Orkin won't be the case. I bought a house that had the service from the prior owners so I got the service transferred to me, so I call for someone to come around and inspect the house, first time they didn't show up, second time a dude came with a female trainee, he walked around the house from one end to the other explaining her how to check but never bend down for anything not even move a rock, around 10 minutes later they were out, NEVER when inside the house. Second year which was like two or three months ago somebody else came, this one was more professional and check pretty much everything around, but said was about to send me some quotes for different services I asked but I'm still waiting. My point is they said they monitored your house which I assume is from the outside because if you don't call them they never come around. I didn't renew my contract, now there are sending me letters and emails left and right to send my payment for renewal. read more
